Wise-Lee Orthodontics, Frisco TX

My daughter has been receiving treatment for over a year now. I am very happy with the results I have seen and the fact that my kiddos confidence has improved due to this! She has enjoyed every appointment and Dr. Lee is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and transparent. I have received great customer service.

Dr. Lee was amazing. After having braces in my youth I started having shifting again. I went the quick route and tried Smile Direct Club. After my treatment with them, my bite was off which was causing jaw pain and headaches. After going back and forth with Smile Direct Club, I went to see Dr. Lee. Unfortunately I had to have full on braces again BUT I felt comfortable letting Dr. Lee do her thang! I finished my treatment in less than a year and I couldn’t be happier with my smile! Everyone at Wise Lee are amazing and make you feel welcomed and like family. I recommend anyone who is needing an orthodontist, youth or adult, don’t hesitate to use them!

Dr. Wise and his staff are wonderful. They are kind, welcoming, comforting, friendly and do a fantastic job caring for both of my kids who have braces/retainers. They explain the importance of good oral hygiene, encourage the kids with “Wise Bucks” for prizes, have fun office contests, games in the waiting room, waters & snacks “to go” and truly value their patients and families. And to top it all off, my kid’s teeth are really looking great! I highly recommend them to all my friends.

As my son and i left his appt yesterday we both got in car and said “I just love going to their office!
the whole staff makes everyone feel so welcome and the kids have so much fun with the games, prizes to work towards and look forward to their next appointments!

Both of my kids go to Wise-Lee Orthodontics in Frisco, and we love it! No long waiting times, quick to get us in and out (which I love!) my daughter is on her second set of braces and my son can’t wait to get his first set.

I couldn’t be any happier with the service we received from Wise Lee Orthodontics. Dr. Lee was so thorough, nice and diligent. All of the staff from the front desk to the hygienist were amazing and kind as well. My daughter wasn’t excited about her orthodontic journey but they put her at ease and she looked forward to going to appointments.

We love coming to Wise Orthodontists! My daughter had phase 1 about 6-7 years ago and ended up not needing phase 2. My son had phase 1 and will be getting phase 2 next year. Dr. Lee is the best! Love the staff! Everyone is kind an helpful.

I got braces here 8 years ago and I'm back with my daughter getting her braces! You honestly will not find better service anywhere. This has to be the sweetest, most professional group of people I've ever met. Eight years later and I'm still so happy with my results and I know my daughter will be as well. Both Dr. Wise and Dr. Lee are incredible! You won't find a more clean, enjoyable environment!

We loved our experience at Dr. Wises office. Everyone is so kind and professional. We had to start early to address his issues and it went so well. They did a great job explaining and encouraging. He got his braces off just before we left for vacation here he is showing off his new smile! He’s super proud of his new smile!

We’ve been Wise-Ortho patients for close to five years. We have two daughters receiving treatment and we couldn’t be more happy with our choice. They are honest and experienced at what they do. We’ve had so many scheduling conflicts and they always go above and beyond to find a solution. Due to no fault of their own, I accidentally typed in the wrong appointment date for my daughters braces removal. She had an important meeting that day. They were fully booked for the day but they went above and beyond to squeeze her in. While sitting here waiting for this very appointment another patient walked in with mouth pain from her braces. Again, despite being fully booked they handled her emergency request with grace and kindness. They assured her they would take care of her today as soon as they could. When looking for a orthodontist, consider both Dr. Wise and Dr. Lee. They both genuinely care about their patients, their families and their staff. The entire staff here has been incredibly supportive and we couldn’t be more happy with our choice.
