Very rude old man I spend a lot of money for years yet he always treats us poorly his son thou it’s super helpful and Cordial unlike his dad wish the old man would come back like in the good old days

This place has bad customer service and they use unethical business practices. I needed blades for my gas hedge trimmers and this store charged me $69.00 for the blades and said they would order them. When they came back it was only one blade. And they said the charge was right. I went to order the second blade somewhere else and they asked me why Wiseman didn’t order the second blade and I told them I think I was over charged for one blade. The lady called Wiseman and asked what the cost of the blade was and she quoted $32.00. When I went back to ask for the difference of my charge they told me the $69.00 was correct. Be careful at this place.

Super service. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and great prices. Unless you are already going to one of the big name stores for something in particular, I'd skip them and go here to Wiseman and get real fast service from people who truly know how to help you.

I took my leaf blower in to get serviced. It's only a yr old. They told me I'd be better off to throw it away and buy new. And there were 2 guys standing behind the service counter doing nothing!
I called today to speak with the manager. And the woman that answer the phone was nothing but RUDE as hell.
Customer service should have been.let me take a look at it quick.or leave it and we'll call you.
I've taken my chain saw there a yr ago to get serviced. They said it wasn't "chainsaw season"! So they wouldn't service it!
This place SUCKS!

It's a little hardware store. Everybody there is nice and tries to help you with whatever you need. If they don't have what you need, they'll tell you & direct you to where you might can find it. I've been there several times & I will continue to make it a go to spot because of the people there.

More personal than a Walmart, or Home Depot or Lowe's, and I like the exclusivity of the Stihl brand

Their service is horrible. I own a tree service company and took two pole-saws to them for repair. They had them for two weeks before they called and said I would have to pay them $150 just to inspect the machines and replace a functional part which I didn't want replaced. Then, I brought a machine to them which was still under warranty and I asked them to replace it. They refused and said they needed to inspect the machine to determine the cause of the damage. As I walked out the owner was mocking me. I will never do business with this place again.

Dude in the back went out his way to help get me back rollin. Danny actually came out from the back to my trailer and helped me out and fixed my zero turn.i know I was an inconvenience but Dude really treated me good and helped with every issue. Respect

Employees are horrible no respect for the customers we paid 440 for a brand new weed whacker and support it had 1 year warranty in 2 months it turned off by itself when I used it and know they won't exchange it also worst employee is the owner with no respect

This a great family owned business. Anytime I need help or assistance, there is always a knowledgeable employee there ready to help me.
