My son has been going to Wishing Well for a year. All the speech therapist are hard working and patient. I’m incredibly grateful for the entire staff at the office.

Horrible customer service, they never answer the phone. The state that their internet is not working for now more than 2 weeks which appears strange given it is a medical facility. They have given my family the go around and have not responded to our pre authorized referral sent by my child’s pediatrician stating they need to send it out for different codes. Insurance company has been called and said everything is correct and my child should receive services. Is it that they just don’t want to take my child? At this point if there could be negative stars i would select those for this facility.

I am a single mother and I have had to cancel some therapies due to emergencies, I have always notified in advance and I was waiting for an evaluation for occupational therapy and they tell me to look elsewhere because they cannot put me on the waiting list for not going to all the therapies. Is it too much to ask them to call me or notify me before the reference expires, if I don't even know I call them, also the lady who answered the call told me that it was my fault for not having someone else to help me by taking my son to therapies, I do not recommend it. My son peed in his speech therapy and he didn't tell me anything out of fear.

I was moving and they told me they had another location and asked if I wanted to move him over. My child was then discharged from that location and I never heard from them again. When I called to ask what’s going on with my sons transfer she argued with me trying to say it was my fault my child wasn’t transferred instead of offering a solution. I am very upset they would just leave my child without services and when I called the other location they never reached back out to me.
