Wok On Wheels reviews
32This is perfect for delivery Chinese it's exactly what you would expect. Our food arrived within 20 minutes was hot and fresh. Hit the spot!
This was our first time ordering here as we are new to the area. The food was delivered fast. It was a good size, and tasty! The delivery person was very kind and complemented our door decoration. This will be our new go-to for Chinese delivery
Just ordered the shrimp pad Thai and it was nasty had no flavor ugh worst pad Thai ever it wasn't even edible. And the side of fried rice stunk it smelled old. Save your $ and just go down the street to Singapore on utsa blvd food is made fresh there and taste great.
Love the staff they are wonderful, food is so delicious never ever disappointed
We come all the way from Mico, Tx for the great service and food. Keep it up
Thank you for quick delivery in the rain, food was hot we were too tired to cook, I can usually set the timer 30 minutes and viola dinner is served. Not sure who delivers but always a very nice and polite delivery. Kudos to the chefs!
This place is the worst. If the dishes were half off you would still be overpaying. There isn't an item on the menu that you couldn't find a better version of in the HEB freezer section. This business serves no purpose other than spamming peoples cars and homes with flyers. Just go to Panda Express.
We ordered via DoorDash. The initial fried rice we received was spoiled. Drove to restaurant, the manager did give me a new order but the fried rice still had a spoiled smell. I dont know whats up with their fried rice. The manager smelled it and was like "Oh, thats just how our rice smells". Im sorry but rice shouldn't smell spoiled.
They are getting better, they were short handed for a bit. Food is good and authentic. I look forward to my next visit.
Wrong order was given, called back the restaurant. Not even an apology or offer for replacement/refund. Don't waste your time or money here.
The food was good but the delivery guy was rushing us to the door had no patience and threw our food at us. Not ordering from here again.
They left a flyer on our front door in the middle of a pandemic. These are wasteful at the best of times, largely flying around creating litter in our neighborhood, but when everyone is making efforts to keep their environment sanitized, it's all the worst. They're asking potential customers to risk disease just to throw away their ad. We will be keeping this in mind when making dining choices and will not ever be ordering from Wok on Wheels.
Garbage food microwaveable Chinese is better than this place save your money and go somewhere else! Got very SICK from eating here be careful! Food tasted old and dry also they’re health inspection score was terrible so this place is very dirty and filthy! How has this place not shut down yet? !
The delivery was fast, the food was so tasty, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Will order many more times in the future. Thanks for a great experience during this difficult quarantine
The last on the front desk was so nice and beautiful. Not going back just for the deliciously fresh food anymore ;)
Ordered general tso’s chicken and fried rice. Rice was dry and overcooked, which is bearable, but the chicken was undercooked and pink inside. Would never order again. Best thing was the fortune cookie.
Waited over an hour for order when called to check status of the order Rachel the head cashier/manager is the title she gave herself was very rude after going back and forth over how long it had been since I ordered she hung up on me I called back and asked to speak to a manager she told me she was the manager and wasn't going to argue with me I couldn't get in a word she was going and going I just canceled the order.
I've ordered twice from them. I'm a disabled vet with cancer and sometimes chemo changing food preferences. They make an awesome general Taos with tofu and killer lo mein.
I ordered beef and broccoli for $16. The beef sucked it was so salty and the fried rice was cooked so half ass. The rangoons were soggy but the only thing that tasted good. I won't be ordering or trying this restaurant again.
1st time ordering food for delivery, had the Lemon Grass dinner it was delicious! Plus it was delivered within 20 min of my order! Will be ordering again!
I specified a mushroom allergy in my order and still recieved mushrooms in my food. They did nothing to fix it.
