Pretty decent swimming school.very nice facility that was just built, I definitely prefer to the strip mall swimming school. (yes there are some swim schools with pools in strip malls.but wolfies facility and staff are pretty good.

Worst costumer service ever. Lesson will frequently gets cancelled when there is a “biohazards” and they don’t refund you. (They would tell you they would but they don’t really do it).

Update: manager of Wolfie called back and took care of the refund (credit to account for future payment).

Place is great. My kids love it & enjoy their progress through summer crash course & now weekly classes. Only thing is their policy on make up classes, I have to inform 24 hrs ahead, of my son is sick in the morning when he wakes up, it's really not in my control. They didn't want to do a makeup. When I insisted, they said one time they can make an exception but have to charge a $10 reschedule fee, come on!

Wolfies has been an incredible experience for my 3 and 5 year old! The staff goes out of their way to really connect with each student. Both of my kids have grown by leaps and bounds and have learned how to swim by having fun. Swim lessons are truly their favorite night of the week!

What an incredible & professional staff! I love how organized Wolfies is and how accommodating they can be when life gets in the way. I love their promptness in responding to emails. My son loves going to Wolfies and especially loves Mr. Alex! Thanks for all your hard work! Highly recommend!

I have mixed feelings writing this review as we have been long time customers of Wolfies (6 years and counting) and were previously very happy, but are now thinking of leaving. I thought we would be with Wolfies for good, but recent changes in instructor turnover have made me question the consistency and quality of instruction.
My kids have been at Wolfies since they were infants in Mommy and Me classes. My 6 year old has progressed well through private lessons and is now working on the different swim strokes to perfect her technique. My 3 year old is more tentative in the water and has needed more coaxing to take to the water. Since he started private lessons 9 months ago we have seen 4 instructor changes. In comparison, my daughter had only three instructor changes in her first 3 years of private lessons there. The rapid turnover means my tentative younger child has had to get used to and develop trust in a new person every 1-2 months. I do think this has significantly hampered his progress and caused him to stagnate. When I brought up my concerns I was told the high turnover was “just a nature of the business”. Each new teacher in the last 3 months has had a shorter tenure than the last. We’ve had an interim teacher since 2 weeks ago (when the last teacher left abruptly without Wolfies giving us notice beforehand - we got an email about the instructor change 5 min after class started). The interim instructor was more experienced and I noticed that my 3 year old performed better with her. When we asked to keep her I was told she “doesn’t teach on weekends” and that a brand new teacher who barely trained a month ago would now be their new teacher next week. I told them that was not going to be a good option for my 3 year old and decided to pull him out. I am saddened that our loyalty has not been valued and I feel like just a replaceable commodity - out with the old, in with the new.

He staff are very rude and uncooperative. They have no idea what they are doing. I registered my daughter for classes to start early April. I made the registration in person. The front desk lady offered me that my daughter can take class that that same day and they can start the next month (2 week gap) They did change me for both. We showed up today and told very rudely that we are not registered and there is no space available period. They had not refunded the money claiming that we were supposed to be attending class in March and we missed it.they did not offer us any solution. My daughter missed registration in other schools because we registered here now all classes are full. It is very frustrating.these people are not here to be part of the community they are just for profit.

Faculty and environment are kid friendly, and welcoming to family and friends. With Wolfies Swim School, you'll love to swim, even of you hate water!

I have been very impressed from the minute we started swim lessons at Wolfies. Every staff member is always so happy and willing to answer any questions I may have. They love children and they are experts at what they do! My three children are on different levels and they make sure all of their needs are being met. The communication is also excellent. I love that a staff member always checks in with the parents who are waiting to see if there are any questions. I get to speak with the instructor after each lesson and I also get emails to let me know the progress my children are making. I also love the monthly give back opportunities! This is an extremely well run swim school! Thank you, Wolfies!

This is one of the better activities I have spent money on for my toddler. I have brought her here since she was months old and she at 2 years can float and knows how to get out of the pool. I’d recommend this faculty staff and teachers are friendly.

Best customer service and teacher instruction we've seen at Houston swim schools! Our son floated, unassisted, within two months and now swims a few strokes at three months! The staff is friendly, professional and always available to help and inform about upcoming events. The teachers recap individually on progress and what's to come for next session. We couldn't be happier! And best of all you receive a logo tote, shirt and magnet!

Wolfies is a great swimming school with amazing instructors. My daughter has been taking swim lessons at Wolfies for more than a year and she loves it and looks forward to it every week. She has learned a lot and progressed a lot ever since she started here at Wolfies. She loves her swimming instructor Mr. Cedrick and he’s great with kids. We would definitely recommend Wolfies swimming school

We have been with Wolfies for about 6 years now and couldn’t say better things about it. Their staff greets us with a smile on their face as we walk in the door, and the deck coordinator is happy and enthusiastic to walk my kiddos to their swim instructor.

My daughter probably screamed for the first 3 months but my goodness was her instructor patient! Now she is diving to get rings and able to come back on her own to catch her breath on her back. She loves her teacher and loves to swim!

I truly cannot imagine being anywhere else. Thank you, Wolfies for teaching our kiddos the life skills they need to enjoy swimming!

This is our first swim class and we love it. It's very clean, friendly, and organized. The teachers are patient and explain their progress at the end of every class.

I have a few complaints and cautions for other parents. Overall, I would recommend a Pengu swim school location over Wolfies - any day!

First, the facility is setup all kinds of funky and is not conducive to viewing your child while he/she is in the pool. They are very adamant that if you are not in the water with your child that you cannot remain on the "dock" and the viewing area is upstairs (no elevator) and overlooks part of the pool. As long as your child has a class at one end of the pool you are golden and able to watch from the 2nd floor. However, if your child is in a class at the other end of the pool, under the observation area, then you cannot see anything. They have monitors with badly placed cameras that do not capture the "blind" end of the pool fully. The other option is to stand outside, in the Houston heat, and look through streaked, water-stained windows at your child as they swim in the pool. Pengu swim schools have the indoor viewing areas, with chairs and better changing rooms, setup so you can easily see your child without any issues.

Second, the school policies are contradictory. They have a no makeup policy for the under 2 classes. However, if you tell them a month or more in advance that you will miss a class they still charge you for it! When pressed about this and the hippocracy brought to their attention, one owner (male) saw the point and adjusted our bill accordingly but the other owner (female) has planned to take our money without actually fulfilling the service we paid for in the first place. If they allowed makeups for classes missed, this would not be an issue. I just want to get what I pay for! Unfortunately for them, they want to remain bull-headed and stand behind their contradictory policies. Pengu swim schools allow you to make up any missed class for any age child - you just have to check the schedule for availability.

I discussed this with the owners a few times and asked them to consider a bit more flexibility in their policies. As a result of this request, they showed their true colors and that really is all about money and not the kids learning to swim.

Third, the changing rooms are horrible for kids younger than 3 years. They only have a bench and a trash can - no changing tables like Pengu swim school has in every changing room. The bathrooms are tiny, too.

Lastly, we have had 4 different instructors since we started almost 4 months ago. The main instructor was injured and could not work for a few weeks. They ultimately terminated that employee and are now training a new one to take over the class. They send out updates when a different instructor is going to be working with our child, with the promise that progress notes would be passed on to the new person. In reality, the new instructor does not have the notes (or doesn't look at them) and we had to inform them as to our child's skill level/progress each class.

I am now lobbying Pengu to open a location nearby so that the kids and parents in the area can have a better experience.

My daughters had improved incredibly their swimming since we started coming to Wolfie's The girls look forward to have their class with Ms Brenell and Mr Ju'wan. These 2 teachers are excellent and with incredible talent to deal with the kids different characters and fierce to the water. Ms Amber is the sweatiest and most professional person. We love this swim school! Love location and always warm water.

Wolfies has been great for our son. All the staff are very nice and helpful. The teachers are great with the little swimmers and they keep the class size small so the kids can actually learn. Their new faculty is outstanding and has a great viewing area for the parents and other kiddos if they are not in the pool.

Best money I spend all week! Both infant and toddler love their classes and have progressed better than I could have imagined at such young ages. Every teacher is exceptional! Management is especially attentive and responsive.
