Love the Wonderland FloMo team and their teachers! My infant son has benefitted so much from going here already. They are consistent with his schedule and teaching him new skills! They help supplement his development and we are sure he is achieving milestones sooner due to Wonderland. My son loves his teachers and that means alot since he doesn't warm to just anyone! We appreciate the love and care that our son is so freely given at Wonderland. Thank you!

Wonderland has been amazing with my kids. My son has been there since he was 17 months old and my daughter since she was born. The teachers are wonderful and caring. I’m comfortable leaving my kids with people that care for my children truly. We love Wonderland- and I highly recommend them!

Our son attended Wonderland Flower Mound from 3 months to 2 years old. We loved this school for about the first year he attended, but things have steadily gone down hill the last several months to year. Here are some of the issues we had with this school. Teacher turnover increased once he was out of the infant room. We did not care for his last teacher (toddler room). At pick up, she frequently would rattle off a list of all the things my son did wrong throughout the day (never anything major and nothing that could be corrected at home). One day she told me he was "naughty". I looked at my son and asked if he had been bad that day. She immediately said - no he wasn't bad, he was naughty. Clearly there was some sort of communication barrier, but I still do not appreciate her calling him naughty right in front of him. He didn't know if she was joking, and quite frankly I never understood her meaning. While walking down the hall one day my husband overheard teachers telling the kids to call them "momma". A WMA employee also overheard the teachers saying this. My husband asked her if she thought this was an appropriate practice and she said no, but now I know why my son was always calling his teachers "momma". One day my husband picked up our son. His class was outside on the playground. The afternoon teacher was sitting in one corner of the playground playing on her phone, while 18 month olds to 3 year olds played unsupervised in the opposite corner. There were many occasions at drop off and pick up that the class room seemed to be complete chaos. I realize it can be difficult to supervise a large group of kids, but it doesn't leave me with a good feeling to drop my child off or pick up in a room where the teacher clearly has no control in the classroom. Management of the school seemed very unorganized and chaotic for the last 6 to 8 months we attended - issues with communication of fees and billing - extremely frustrating. For all of these reasons and more, we decided to move our son to a different school (and so far are extremely happy!). We did make someone in management aware of each instance when we were unhappy or didn't like something that was happening. We were also told by an employee that several other parents were not happy with the most recent toddler teacher, but yet nothing was done to correct the situation. The reason for two stars instead of one - meals and snacks are well balanced, his infant teacher was amazing, they have a playground for younger kids, a playground for older kid, a musical playground, a splash pad, music classes, art classes, drama classes, a gym for inside play, and field trips for the older kids over the summer. But unfortunately none of that matters to me when my child is being told to call someone else momma, not being properly supervised, and being reprimanded for not dancing during music or drama class.he's only 2 years old for goodness sake! (I know this from watching video the teacher took and posted on the school app). Really sad this all happened, because we loved this school when he first started attending. Oh also, we gave our 30 day notice we were leaving and then were not allowed to have our 2nd week of vacation (free tuition). I repeatedly asked to see the policy stating this, but it was never provided.
