This place has been by far best for us. The management is a great team. Always on time when there’s a problem to be fixed. I would recommend them if you need a rental place. Family friendly environment!

I have lived here since December 2020 I will be resigning a 3rd lease when my lease is up in Feb 2023. Rebecca and Bryza Ryan and Michael are all amazing. I’m living here for years to come. Great location nice clean area no trash around. Lots of walking areas for my fur babies. If I need maintenance they are very quick to respond and resolve.

They do not Care about the place. Had so many problems with our place that they did not care. 1. It took 3 weeks to get the Wasp. Problem under control. 2. The aunt problem was never solved. 3. Never did anything about the dog pee from the previous tenant. 4. VERY. UNHAPPY WITH EVERYONE IN THAT OFFICE GIVING US ATTITUDES WHEN WE WENT IN TO TALK AND DROP OFF MONEY. PLUS. THE PARKING. IS WHY OFF IN VERY FAR CORNERS.

I have lived here since approximately June of 2014 and am pleased with my experience. I have been very lucky in that I have had remarkably few and minor maintenance issues. And on those occasions the staff dispatched someone from maintenance VERY quickly. The staff and the maintenance crew have always been courteous, professional, responsive and effective. I've also had great neighbors. Two of my neighbors have been in their apartments as long as I've been here. I think it says a lot about the community that 3 folks in the same unit (of 8) have been here 8 or more years.

Rebecca is a wonderful community manager. She genuinely cares about the residents that live here!

Just moved in a week ago, and have to say i love it here. Super quiet and cozy neighborhood hood. Office staff seems very professional. I am impressed:)

I lived here for about 2 years and genuinely enjoyed it. The office staff and maintenance workers were always very helpful and responsive. The community was well maintained and I personally never had any issues with noisy neighbors, parking, or any major issues with my home during my time living there, which was actually a first for me in my rental history! Anything that could be addressed with a maintenance request was typically completed the day I placed it or by the next day. I think the property staff was excellent and friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in the area!

This is awesome place to live and me and my husband is very very happy to make this as our little home. The people at the office are really really sweet i have never experienced like this before they are very helpful and gives response really fast. The service is also very fast response.love it and definitely recommend to live here

We moved in March of 2019 and we have loved it. Recently we've had several changes in the office but the new manager Erica is very welcoming and helpful. Breeza has also gone above and beyond as well. I've had no pest problems besides some sugar ants and those were taken care of quickly and pest control comes out once a week. I'm now in my 2nd lease and will probably sign a 3rd next year. Love it!

I just moved here and so far I am loving it, the apartments is so spacious, gets so much sunlight and the staff is amazing. The property manager Erica Cargo is so warm, down to earth and considerate. I was making my way up the stairs to her office with my baby in his stroller and she ran out the office to meet me in the front and assist me. I appreciated how Brisa Valadez went above and beyond to help me and my family get approved during this pandemic while still being professional. Ana Varrera was so unbelievably nice enough to help me locate a lost package. She had to call the Amazon hub, open a whole bunch of lockets, look through over 50 packages in the hot sun and in the end we didn't even find my package but she had a smile on her face the entire time and she was genuinely happy to help me. They all deserve bonuses for their quality customer service and professionalism!

Been a tenant since 2014 loved it until they changed their management staff. Absolutely rude and incompetent, thinking of paying the fee and moving out that's how bad it became that from 5 stars I changed to 1. If u can move somewhere else do. You'll thank me later

They don't return phone calls, receptionist is rude. They just don't seem to care about the tenants.
The apartments are well worn, which I'm okay with if the rent wasn't getting sooio high.

I have had a great experience living here since 2017. It's always clean and quiet with exception to the fire department. Our neighbors are great. I haven't had a problem with maintenance. The leasing office staff changed recently, but they do their job. Any discrepancies are resolved. No pest problem, they do well preventing this. The rent is high for what you are getting, but I think its because of the location. Otherwise I have no concerns.

Moved in months ago needed a couple of things fixed that were never even looked at. The woman who signed me up was so nice til I came back to ask about repairs. Soon after got hurt on the job was out of work for a while paid my rent late every month but got it paid. She soon left then another one came and was told by her over the phone come and get your late letter you know the one you get every month lol? About six weeks ago new staff in the office I came to ask about something and was immediately judge by my payment history and told at the end of my lease they're not going to renew my lease at this point I don't want to be here 10 days later the week before Thanksgiving my hallway closet door lost a screw and fell into the hallway I immediately went to report it so it could be fixed along with the previous repairs by it standing in the hall it's hazardous to my 3 year old and the next day I have a notice saying I owed $71 is this extortion? So now the sink is leaking but whymention it it's not gonna be fixed I see maintenance riding around they tell me they haven't seen any work order for my place. U win I give up I'll just leave I'll let the next tennant fight you about itya know I've been here close to a year and have many pictures and paintins but never put one on the wall because I have never felt at home. I gave 2 stars because it's mostly quiet weekend xcept for the fire trucks and I met a couple of nice neighbos. And come fix this patioits about to fall over too.
