Terrible customer service, seemed like a social gathering for the employees.

Always a great experience at Woodcraft of Dallas with friendly and knowledgeable staff. In particular, I have been consulting Harold for 20 years on different projects from finish to matching wood species. He never lords it over me that I am (always!) still learning. Harold’s knowledge alone makes the drive worthwhile, but they also carry everything you need for your project no matter how big or small.

The staff is very helpful and provide excellent service. I was fully prepared to purchase a slab, 6/4 walnut and epoxy. The sales staff suggested I speak with the assistant manager. However the assistant manager didn’t respond to my knock on the open door, said nothing, just looked up from his chair as if I was interrupting his life. He is rude and dismissive. I had a question that needed to be escalated to the assistant manager, and he would not even listen as attempted to explain. My question was simple, “do you ever discount or mark down the slabs that have been in inventory for a significant amount of time? ” His response was, “we don’t cut up our slabs. ” That was not my question and that was not the answer to any of my questions. I asked if they were ever put on sell, do coupons or other discounts apply. He rolled back in his office chair with his arms crossed and just kept saying “no”. I will take my chances with online purchases rather than step foot in that store again.

The guys at this store make your shopping experience fun and informative. This was our first time in the store and we will be doing a lot of business with them. Thanks guys!

It was a great experience. Had what I was looking for and one item was on sale.

Strange store. Great inventory, but they seem more interested in talking to each other than asking anyone if they needed help. One guy was saying he had been there 11 years. Time for retraining.

Helpful staff and item needed was in stock. Lots of fun stuff to drool over in the store!
