Woodforest National Bank, Houston TX

The teller that helped me the other day, Nancy, was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was patient with me while I got all of my paperwork together.

A great bank too bad it is inside Walmart. That being said, people are great, enthusiastic and very helpful. All in all, a congenial bank with a comfortable attitude

It's embarrassing how they treat you when simply making a straight deposit when there's a money order involved.
The teller visually combed over the money order as if she were a counterfeit expert then got on the phone for almost 10 minutes to verify.
I don't understand the issue.

I opened a checking and savings account at this branch office recently. I was pleased with the service.

I see several negative reviews. You have to understand that this is a small branch bank and plan accordingly. Lines are going to be long around the first of the month and on Fridays.

I like the fact that the bank sends you an email everyday telling you your balance and the daily account activity.

Yulisa assisted me when I opened my savings account. She was very friendly and professional.

They just stared at me not wanting to help. They carried on doing their own personal stuff. All just lazy.

It should not only be 2 people working and a long line. One person walks by on their phone and goes to the back. We are not in the bank on a Saturday. It’s our lunch break. We don’t gave 30 minutes to wait.

Every time I have come here, the workers are very helpful and friendly. I've seen all these bad reviews but I have never had a bad experience and I come here every other week. One time I had a problem where an ATM ate my deposit and at Woodforest they went above and beyond to help me as best they could. The only drawback is the line when it gets busy may take a while but thats only during peak times and because they take their time ensuring that you're cared for. It's always a joy to come in (even with problems) because I know they will be welcoming and eager to help me in any way!

You will wait and then wait a bit more. Inside the Walmart so you can do your shopping and waste some time in line.

That staff at this location are all extremely friendly and very professional! This is the best bank that we bank with! We've had our account for a little over a year and we've never had not one problem.

How long can it possibly take to withdraw money from your account and make a money order? Been in line over 20 minutes waiting for one person. Do the tellers have to go to the US Mint to get the money? My goodness! And I gave you one star bevause I had to in order to leave a review!
