No one ever answers. Been trying to close my savings ever since I transferred my money to my checking. Zero balance and no one answers so I can close it. Now I have a service charge and paper statement fee on there. Smh. Been trying to close this savings account but no one is helpful. Then just got off the phone with a bank rep and they can't waive the fee so I can close out, needs managers approval. My customers call me and I go into our refund tool and see if a courtesy refund could be granted. No manager needed and then close out the account for them. Idk why Woodforest is so difficult. I guess I'll just close my checking also and open one at the bank I just started working for. Going to wait for my check to deposit on Thursday and then pulling it all out. I'm done with this bank.

I needed a bank & did my homework. I went to all websites &read all the reviews. RBFCU stood out to me & went there. Waited for over 35 mins & as I watched the tellers, they looked unhappy. Some would smile when a customer walk in & some wouldn't. I decided that was not a bank for me. I got discouraged and went to my local Walmart. To my surprise, I saw a manager dressed in red & nicely ask: are u looking for a bank? And if u r, I can kindly help u. Then I saw the name: WoodForest & I thought to myself: this bank has had too many bad reviews.but I decided to check it out & see what happens. The manager was very courteous and nice. As I looked over to the tellers, they were all smiles and looked happy to be there. Then I learned alot about second chance banking and the manager did not mind my questions at all. Sometimes the tellers needed his help and all the way to the end, he kept on smiling. I was offered water and more knowledge about this bank. While he was with me &going back &forth with the tellers, I picked up on that the customers were coming in with no smile, but before they left, they had a big o'smile on thier face and thier communicating skills would come out & they would leave happy. I came in normal faced and by the time I left, I was smiling and did the rest of my shopping in a happy mood.so why did I have such a great, awesome experience and what about the review I read.so now, what I am about to say, some may like while others may not. RBFCU stood out to me bc all the great thing that were said and at the end. I left unhappy. With W. Forest I remebered all the bad reviews but still gave it a chance. I have already called c.s. And i have called the bank and both times were great. So please dont believe everything u read in the review.it is all on the respect u give people and how courteous you are. If u respect everyone then everyone will respect u. The workers respected me at Rbfcu, they did not show hospitality. This are 2 different things entirely. Thank u everyone for taking time and patience to read my post and experience with 2 well known banks.thanks once again and have a great rest of your day!

I've have so many issues with this bank and they seem ongoing. Came to this location to get a new card because I had a dispute. The teller didn't verify my address and just assumed the address on my I'd was correct. So I been having issues with my card and couldn't figure out why until I called customer service and just was notified that the address was changed smh I can't wait Woodforest. Opened the account orginally for the Sunday buisness hrs but they are non existence anymore. No need for this banks in this horrible service.

Nice employees but the bank literally charges for EVERYTHING! $15 for debit card, $7 to notarize documents even tho I have a checking account here. This place is like the Spirit Airlines of banking. I do NOT recommend using this bank unless it's your very last option.

Horrible Any time I come here I get more disappointed that last I came with a check I told them I need to cash it they say use the ATM machine ATM took the check I cannot get the money on till 48 hours Save check that i am cashing every 2 weeks They want to say we have the ATM who cares. Add today I came to send the money by Western Union They Toby go to H EB R system is that working What kind of customer services that This location is 2 minutes from my home What I have to go all the way and other side of town because this is stupid people they don't know how to use the system
