5Yesterday I went in to get some change for my store. I don't usually go to this bank but at the time it was convienent. The lady told me since I don't have an account there I can only get up to $50 worth of change.so I change my paper of what I need to equal $50. She tells me it added up to $60 but she will do it anyways. After getting my change I was in such a hurry I left without checking it. When I got to my store and pulled out the change it added up to only $50 but I had given her $60. Who works at a bank and doesn't know how to count?
Gaberial has the worst communication skills when it comes time to open up a bank account. She could have let us know that there was a $15 fee PER card. I bank at Chase and BOA and I have NEVER been charged for a debit card! Clear communication would have been suffice. I think her lack of knowledge about banking and poor customer service skills will hurt Woodforest clientele. She definitely needs more training on both.
I was in Walmart and had a $100 Bill. I stopped in to the bank and ask them to please break the bill in to $20s. They said abruptly NO. You have to have an account with us to do that. Really?
I can assure you I will NEVER have an account with Woodforest bank NOW!
I STILL have a concern about atm fees. I simply had a question but nobody at that time of morning was qualified to answer supposedly. My # was taken and was told the manager would reach out to me, still haven't heard back. Yes I am an account holder, shame.
Great customer services, very friendly staff and better hours than any other bank in the area, highly recommended.
