I was thinking about moving here but based on the reviews and how horrible and unprofessional Andrea is plus the poor maintenance. Nevermind

There are a lot of negative reviews… but I wanna be the one to leave a nice one! I moved here over the summer (2022) & have been living here for over 6 months now. I have had literally zero issues. I live in a one bedroom. Of course it is an older building I mean you should know what you’re getting yourself into signing a lease for a 50+ year old apartment. And honestly for how old it is there are very little issues in comparison. I’ve only had to put in 2 maintenance requests and the maintenance man (who is so awesome and friendly by the way) came bright and early the next morning on both occasions. He always says hello to my cat when he comes in too. I hear very little noise from neighbors other than the occasional sounds of running water/ knocks on the wall. Honestly I can’t ever hear anyone talking to each-other unless they’re outside. The only time I’ve ever had to deal with the leasing manager was when I signed my lease. Other than that it’s only been simple contacts about packages/billing issues and such. Honestly the only “problems” I have had are very much worth it for the price I’m paying. A one bedroom in my home town would have me paying double for the same/lesser quality of living. I’d say if you plan on leasing here you’re gonna love it as long as you’re respectful to your neighbors and okay with the character that comes from a 1970s apartment. It has charm and I love it here. Would probably live here for a very long time if I planned on staying in Huntsville.

Don’t ever live here the main fence man Chris will tell you when he feels like fixing things. The property manger lied about the size of the space of the apartment and basically said deal with it. I was locked out my house with everything inside and they told me I had to pay 25 cash to even get back in? How can you have cash if everything is in your home? My fridge has been broken since I moved in and the stove rocks back and fourth. The property manger also sent a threatening message to me and my room mate about smoking on the property after I watched several people smoke on the building. ALL IN ALLL DONT LIVE HERE
