Moved in november 2022
Its now end of feburary ac still hasnt been fixed bath tub peeling completely off never had bed bugs until i moved in here $1400 rent with dissapointment bought my own ac unit so i wont sweat in my sleep

Never even lived here. Just looking for an apartment but after reading the reviews this will NOT be my choice! Hopefully my review can save another apartment searcher

Do NOT move into these apartments. They take forever to complete work orders AND now they also tow anyone that's not a resident that parks at the leasing office and tow friends or family that parks in your paid reserve parking spot

The staff is friendly, helpful and very attentive. They get it anything I need done in a timely manner. The process to move in was easy and the staff answered all my questions. The property is nice and I have recommended this community to 2 friends and they have moved in and love living here as well. My apartment is nice and spacious. I will definitely be renewing my lease. I will continue to recommend living here.

Great spot Decent office staff.lots of bugs in the summer.you will have roaches, multiple power outages, water in the morning never running.oh YEA AND ROACHES

There’s a lot of roaches bad maintenance the never fix my washer even though I’m paying monthly I called a million times no help empty promises

Woodlake townhomes, oh the upgraded I’ve personally experienced coming from a horrible environment growing up, these apartments are the best literary, through all aspects it has provided not only peace with in my environment but created a feel My in my heart that I can truly call home, the community, the resources, the maintenance, and just the over all aspect of living here amazes
Me, no problems so far living on property for almost a full year! Who can really say that? Like really, an apartment complex has its flaws but these really do not cause really any problems, I love it here. Truly deserved to be put on the map.

Woodlake Townhomes is a great place, with a great place you can call a home, and abundant amount of joy, from wherever to the people and views.

Manny in the leasing office is the only one who helps me and he is the only one who gets things done at this complex he deserves a Raise!

It’s a mess honestly pipes are always busting. They turn off the water without notifying the tenants. It took them more then a month to fix a leakage that has turn down the ceiling; that I’ve had to call the city so they can fix it the next day.
They always changing prices for parking spaces or the rules for them.

Even my new neighbors are mad that the apartment they got wasn’t ready to the date.
Plus once you’re in the system as a tenant they just look at you a disturbance. With the staff being rude. That you have to start recording your conversations with them; so they won’t be like “I didn’t say that” and you have to show the recording. I don’t recommend living here honestly. With the crazy pricing and for horrible living conditions.

No Experience with a team of A/c for almost 3 days not working l called for fixing more than times nobody cared. Just late to pay the Rent one-day pay late fees?

Great property! Staff is always so helpful anytime I need something they take care of it in a timely manner! The manager is awesome and very helpful! Will be staying here for awhile! Very nice and quiet property

My review was deleted posted two weeks ago. This is a worse place you can live- run away even if it’s free-not even 3rd world countries treat tenants like that. My parents in their 80s have been without elevator for two months And they live on third floor. My father Can not walk he has been stuck on his the third floor for months missing his doctor appointments. The management does not care and they keep saying they are waiting for parts for over two months. The staff keep getting changed. Their apartment is full of bugs and roaches, pipes are leaking in the bathroom- the management needs to be sue for abusing the tenants- Shame on you for treating people like that. I have already filed a complain with DFPS.

Since I lived here everything has been awesome. For the price and the location not to bad. The new office people have been super nice.
