7DO NOT MOVE HERE! My friend’s family has lived here for years and it’s the worst apartments to live at. They have children living there and there is MOLD and the front desk lady won’t change them apartments even after them being residents for so many years. They have a leak in their window every time it rains water gets in their apartment.
I've lived at these apartments for over 4 years now. It's always been one of the quietest, safest places I've lived. There's a dog park across the street as well. The apartment manager, Gabby, is amazing as well. I've been going through some hard times with work and she is the most understanding person! She really is the best! I can't recommend this place enough
Alyssa Was Very Helpful From The Time She Answered My First Phone Call. I Appreciate You For Your Services. Thanks For All That You Have Done For Me.
I have lived here for the last 5 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The management is amazing and keeps in touch. The property is well managed and handles maintenance calls as quickly as possible!
Absolutely amazing! Service was spectacular and the pool was extremely clean, would DEFINITELY consider these apartments to future owners
Do not rent here. They are bullies. And will threaten to charge you for every little thing.
While "painting" they went on my balcony, threw a wooden shelf that I was working on over the balcony, broke it. And threatened to charge me a fee if I didn't remove the object THEY THREW AND BROKE
Manager won't return the deposit even tho its they're fault our roof came off during the rainstorm & never took the time to get it repaired, hey guys wonder how they tried to temporarily fix the problem? They put a TARP over the roof & didn't even have it nailed or stapled so we got water leaks everywhere. Oh but let's not forget that pushing the notice for"towing cars" is more important than a building with missing roof. Ontop of yall raising the rent from $900 to $1100 on a 1bedroom y'all made more than enough profit to get it fixed on the roof. Management mishandled the whole situation but hey go head & keep the deposit is it not OUR fault that the apt is UNHABITABLE.
