Woods Dental Group and Orthodontics reviews
15Every time I go in I feel like a car salesman is talking to me. This office comes off as wanting to sell you something. My family have I have changed to another dentist office.
Will not be going back to this dentist. My 8 year old is generally anxious about the dentist. We went in to get some work done and the dentist was in a rush and not patient at all. After 2 minutes of me trying to encourage my daughter the dentist gave her the option to come another day. We had already waited a month to come for this appointment and I didn’t want to reschedule but the dentist didn’t care. She said my daughter needed to be sedated which costs $500 more than the laughing gas. If she would have given her some encouragement or even another minute she would have been fine. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I’ve never had a healthcare professional be so rushed and impatient that she couldn’t allow my daughter even a small amount of time to feel comfortable. I’m frustrated that I wasted my time and that my daughter missed most of the school day. I feel taken advantage of and that their only goal was to make more money off of me.
I visited the office for a regular checkup and cleaning. I knew I needed work and also know that dentists generate quotes for work needed. I was surprised that rather than bring me into the financial office I was left waiting in the dental chair for more than 30 minutes. The financial person came to talk to me while I was in the chair. She explained some of the options but not all. I didn’t realize that I was giving permission to pay $600 for a type of cleaning I didn’t have to have because no other option was offered. I feel I was at a disadvantage trying to discuss costs while sitting in the chair waiting for the hygienist to come in. I got the quote but will have the work done elsewhere. I think they are somewhat unprofessional bordering on taking advantage of patients.
Really an AMAZING group. They make you feel comfortable and make sure you understand everything that is going on. It's really nice when you find 'your' dentist. Highly recommend.
Just finished a deep cleaning for the first time and I was very nervous at the beginning however Smiley (my hygienist) made me so comfortable for this procedure which by the way I didn’t feel a thing. Looking forward to many more visits with Woods Dental Group
Whole office is amazing! Dr. Arsiwala and staff, especially Nicole are super helpful and take great care of their patients.
I've been coming to this dentist's office for years. Dr. Arsiwala is very nice, professional and has been helpful with treatment. The office staff is very friendly and so are the hygienists. Nicole in the front office always has a good attitude. I would definitely recommend this dental office if you need cleaning or other dental work.
Staff are so friendly and helpful. The dentists and hygienists are also amazing. And non-judgmental- important for someone who didn’t visit a dentist for a few years and felt guilty already. They explain everything clearly before any treatment!
Staff and professionals always taking good care of me and my family. I strongly recommend them for kids and adults for regular needs and orthodontics.
The entire office staff is amazing! Nicole is incredibly helpful and has helped make a difficult scheduling experience completely doable! The dentist and dental staff are also top notch!
Always friendly and professional, Dr A is amazing and entire staff makes the task of going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I came in on 4/14/23 for an unscheduled urgent exam and they squeezed me in and I walked out with a thorough exam at minimal expense. Maddi did a great job prepping me. And Amanda makes check out a breeZe and has a great attitude.
Woods Dental Group is a breath of fresh air. It is finally nice to come to a dental office and be comfortable with my Dentist and my care. Dr. Arsiwala is very caring and it makes you feel like your Mom is talking to you. You are greeted when you walk in the door, and the front of house staff is knowledgeable. Jason and Brittany are helpful as can be. The Dental Assistants actually know what they are talking about and are very nice. I feel good knowing I have Woods Dental Group at my back.
Before entering the building I was greeted With à smile by someone going in to work. From the front desk to the dental assistant and the patience and care of the Doctor, I was glad my dental office closed! Will recommend to others! Please keep up the good work, gréât all around staff.
In October 2022, I went for routing cleaning and I met Dr. ARREDONDO for the first time. She suggested I get tooth filling as she said there is a cavity in the beginning stages and filling it now would avoid any future deep cleaning. I wasn't sure as I have no pain or symptoms of cavity. I went for filling in the month of November. She after doing the procedure told me that I may experience sensitivity due to some special medicine she put in while filling. This was a shock neither doctor nor the hospital given a full disclosure of what happens with filling. I went back to her in a week as I experienced high sensitivity.she tried something and said to see her if it persists beyond 90 days. On March 7th I have seen her office.she told me that she has reduced the teeth before filling and the teeth next to is high and she want to reduce a healthy tooth to avoid higher bite. This was an utter shock to me as I never knew that they destroy the porcelain of the teeth to fill it. As a fallout a chip of my left tooth came out because of uneven biting because the reduced filled teeth. I am going to file a complaint as the procedure lacked full disclosures. The doctor apologized me for the lack of disclosures that was nice on her part. But my sensitivity won't go away with an apology. Be careful folks!
Dr. Arsiwala and Team are wonderful. I went to her for a second opinion, from my previous dentist who left me in pain and lined up for an expensive procedure. She was able to get me fixed up quickly, and for much less than I had been quoted previously. She is kind, caring and trustworthy. She is now the only dentist I will go to!
