WoodSpring Suites Houston I-45 Airtex

Absolutely horrible. Reeked of bad weed and gave me a asthma attack just by being in the lobby. When calling no one answered the phone and multiple screens and windows were broken. Couldn't even get in to pay or get to the room

Roaches
Heavy bleach smell
1inch gap in the door were people can see thru
Stagnant water in the bathroom
Bed linen has stains
Screen window has a hole in it
No front desk help after a certain time
Phones do not work
Card got stuck in the room card reader
Once I told front desk they went down stairs and never came back up to help
Had to be moved to another room
Constant banging and loud dogs
Doorframe was completely bent as if someone tried to break in

A manager from another branch was here and she was very nice and helpful

Do NOT. Stay here unless you have NO other options

This place isn't bad pre-say.the rooms where clean, but had a very heavy bleach smell (guess that is better than what it could have smelled like) the night we checked in we were verbally assaulted by a guest and when we called the front desk all thet said was "yes she has mental problems just stay away)

Front desk staff was awesome and the only trouble I had was with the internet being slow that I wasn't able to upload videos because I'm. A podcaster but this stay saved my life because I was temporary homeless.

We had not even booked out week yet and my partner had to go. When ya gotta go ya gotta go. Well he figured were staying here they might have, uhm noo. The associate at the front desk wasn't even trying to help him. I suppose her shift just started.jeez Louis.

I really cannot say anything about this place of business, due to my short visit. I would like to say The WoodSpring suites appears to be a nice hotel in a convenient location surrounded by plenty of retail businesses, that was accommodating what lack thereof. Overall had a quick 25min experience and within the short amount of time, a lot was said. Don't read this and take my word for YOUR experience. Enjoy the woodsprings for yourself and then you can get on Google and tell the community about it.

Made reservation in my daughter name. She called before she went up there and was told she needed to bring my card with her. Never told her the office was closing soon. So I get to houston and we go up there to check in together. 10 mins after office closed. But sign by phone said after hour check in but the girl said that is just for “residents” that get locked out. And shrugged her shoulders and walked off. So after traveling for almost 12 hrs I had to go done another hotel.
