One of the best 'budget' hotels I've ever stayed at - where have you been? Actually set up as an extended stay hotel - big room, nice kitchen, great security. No breakfast, just coffee - most breakfasts at under $200/night hotels are pretty crummy anyhow.

DO NOT STAY HERE! NO WONDER THE RATES ARE SO CHEAP! NO DRAPES ON THE WINDOWS IN THE ROOMS. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT MAY HAVE PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE OF THE ROOMS AND NO DRAPES ON THE WINDOWS BUT NO WHERE DO THEY SAY THAT. PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. TO MANY INCONVENIENCES. UPDATE: THE FIRST ROOM THE HEATER DIDN’T WORK CALL THE FRONT DESK THE WOMAN TELLS ME SHE CAN’T SWITCH ROOMS UNTIL SHE COMES SEE FOR HERSELF AS IF I WOULD LIE THAT IT’S FREEZING COLD IN THE DAMN ROOM. I ASKED TWICE FOR A EXTRA BLANKET ONLY TO NEVER HAVE GOTTEN IT. GET TO THE 2nd ROOM THE HEAT WORKED THEN SUDDENLY START BLOWING COLD AIR. CALLED THE AFTER HOURS EXTENSION ONLY FOR NO ONE TO ANSWER. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE INCONVENIENCE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A SMOKE FREE HOTEL WELL IT ISN’T. THE ROOMS AND HALLWAYS SMELL HORRIBLE. WI-FI SUCKED TOO.

Booked here last minute for a weekend. Good rates for a decent, clean, quiet place. Weird cleaning schedule, and you had to call for desk service after hours, so if you have a lot of needs it could be a hassle. There's a gym. Elevator made some disconcerting noises, so I mostly stuck to stairs. Noted items aside, I was happy with my stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Very rude staff. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Rooms stink. Roaches & other bugs. Spills in hallways & elevator are just left for days and half cleaned up. No coin machine for the extra small washers & dryers. This is supposed to be an extended stay hotel but they only clean every 14 days (by request!) You have to empty your own trash (so imagine the smell & filth from this policy) We were a family of 5 staying there and they would NOT give us enough towels! NO towel service. NO hairdryer. NO shampoo or soap. They do not provide breakfast. Only coffee in a machine that hasn't been cleaned! NO pool. NO kitchenware. I was told by a staff member they did not provide toilet paper. WOW! I had been there for over 2weeks with my pet. They decided to lock me out of my room & charged me bc my pet was barking for 15min at 7pm. I literally had to tell them to call the police so I could get into my PREPAID room and get my purse to pay this made up fee to get back into my room! I have NEVER heard of a hotel taking possession of personal items and charging fees bc a dog is barking during daylight hours. There is NO staff on duty from 10pm to 10am. So the noise ordinance can't even be enforced! (Later I found out they tried to run my card 3 times without informing me of this fee) UNBELIEVABLE! Pretty Shady Dealings in my opinion.
The door keys don't work. We were locked out of our room three times. Once we had to wait from 2: 30am to 10am for maintenance to fix the door. We had NO access to the room! Not even the master key would open the room door. The staff member on call (that brings her baby to work on her hip everyday) just left us waiting outside our door in the hallway. She NEVER Returned! This place is a joke!

For those who make a reservation through booking, the price is NOT the one that booking offers, they will charge you double that because according to them that value only applies if you stay more than 7 days. Apart from that, the women at the Front Desk, although one is Hispanic, are racist, sparing and rude. And the room had a smell of food… HORRIBLE
