ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES
PROPLE. Do not move to woodstone apartments. Ran by Indio management.
This entire complex is throughly infested with ROACHES. Management is well aware of the infestation but choose not to spend the money to take care of the problem.

So what they do is spray your baseboards and chase the ROACHES to your neighbors apartment. Then the neighbors complain get their apartment sprayed and chase the ROACHES back to your apartment.
People. Don't move here.

Don't take ROACHES home to your family and friends during the holidays. Nobody will invite you back to their home.

Good place to stay and leasing office is always helpful. Affordable prices. Stayed here for 1 year.

Lived here for one year. Management had changed multiple times. Anytime major work was being done there was no communication. Never felt safe living at the complex either. Residents drive through with music blasting especially in the middle of the night, people are always arguing outside the units. Young teens are always walking around trying to solicit. When I gave my notice as well as my release day, the former management had somehow lost my information so new management had no idea I was even leaving which led to frustration. The Commercial Fire Alarm system had been churping for months causing a disturbance at the building next to me until months later when it was finally fixed. I don’t know what the mission statement is here or the intentions but I will never recommend this complex. I will say when I dropped off my keys Ruben and April seemed extremely nice and professional. Maybe moving forward things will change.

Would give 0 stars if I were able. We have been here for years, management changes every few months so nothing gets fixed. Currently our dishwasher has been put for months and we haven't had hot water for days. The complex is also infested with bugs.

New management is TERRIBLE! We no longer have an emergency line for maintenance and the phones do not work during office hours. We have not had hot water for 6 days now and when we ask in the office they do not have a set date on when it will be repaired. My ac unit has also been leaking for about 3 weeks and I do not have a date on when that will be repaired. It is very unprofessional that the office can not give us any answers other than "I'm sorry I'm overwhelmed" LIKE WHO WANTS TO LIVE WITH NO HOT WATER! Currently searching for code compliance numbers because this is ridiculous. We had no heads up or anything!

I’ve been living here since March 2021 when I first moved in it was great Susan was freaking awesome! But they switch management at the end of the year every since they came NOTHING is right. They don’t answer they phone I had to personally leave work early just to go into the office about that a few times just for information. They messed up the website, You leave a message they don’t respond back till a week or more later. The maintenance man came and left a mess in my bathroom when looking at my AC. The bugs just appeared around may 2022 I’ve been dealing with that. Recently came home to my whole house smelling like paint thinner at 630pm they were working on the apartment above me nobody notified me I have a 2 year old and the fumes was wayyyyy to strong for us to stay there. I called and a women picked up I asked much longer she said about 2-3 days when I asked why nobody notify, they don’t know if people have babies etc she stated with a attitude that they don’t notify nobody and just to open a window. That’s crazy! These apartments went down hill. Also cars get Egged and my mail box is broke look like somebody tried to pop the door. I’m so over this place and this new so called management that change people every other month. I gave 2 stars because it’s easy access to the highway and food. If I could I would stop my renewal. Unfortunately due to financial I have to wait. Hopefully things will get better

Moved in 8/5 apt. Wasn't ready, bathroom and kitchen sink leaks underneath cabinets, no cover on electric box, vent above the stove wires sticking out, a/c leaks into tub, toilet don't flush good, put in several work orders. I asked to move to another apt it was declined and they will have all of my work orders done by 8/19, Wasn't completely it's depressing to be living in a place that's not healthy or safe. Please don't move into this apartment complex, they now have new owners/management, they are just as bad as the old owners/management.

Worst apartment I've ever stayed in. My kitchen sink was broken for about six months before anyone bothered to fix it. My kitchen light stopped working, and nobody bothered to fix it for months. My bathroom toilet leaked and nobody bothered to answer phone calls or messages.
The apartment complex is dirty: people throw trash around; nobody cleans up after their pets. The carpet is cheap and grimy.
They have random checks, where management will make you take your pets somewhere for the day so that they can inspect the apartment unit without any problem from your pet.
They conveniently forgot that I gave in my notice of non Renewal and acted like they lost it.
I'd never recommend this place.

My biggest problem with them is the constant staff changes. It seems like they have new front office workers every 2 months or so. I once made a promise to pay agreement with one of the front office workers but once new staff got there, that’s agreement was thrown out. When I first moved here in 2019, I emailed my renters insurance ID# to Mariah Hunter 2x and Rosemary Quinones once but they continued to charge me for their $12 a month insurance for almost a year. When Susan Powers was the manager in 2021, I brought up the issue with her and she issued a credit on my account. I proceeded to write down my renters insurance ID for her as well but eventually I began getting charged for their $12 again. Eventually I stopped trying to send my info. They are incredibly incompetent. If you make any sort of deal such as (a promise to pay rent agreement or if you were promised an extension on your rent) get in writing (email) so there’s proof because I guarantee the person you made the deal with didn’t put your request in the system therefore when new employees arrive, they won’t know what you’re talking about. Also, in 2021 there was a winter storm mid February, all the power was out and of course the toilets weren’t working. It was March 17th when they finally sent maintenance to fix my toilet. When I called about it, the manager was shocked that the toilet hadn’t been attended to yet. I had to call maintenance several times to try and fix it before they finally sent a professional company. My neighbor was shown a unit with all wood floors and all black counters in the kitchen but that’s obviously not what she ended up getting despite what they said. Do NOT move here unless you’re hella desperate.

Management ignores emergency maintenance request. Woodstone apartments have failed to repair HVAC / AC in this 105 degree weather. It has been 9 days with no Air conditioning. I continue to open emergency maintenance requests for the same issue because they continue to close them. I have communicated this issue several times and they continue to say someone is going to repair it. This has become a safety incident and a complaint against these apartments will be filed. I would not recommend anyone to lease from here if you desire to have a working AC during the summer time. Attached pictures of the maintenance request

I used to live here awhile ago. I was toward the back on your left coming in heading to your immediate right. The apt was very average. The floors were uneven in some places. There were mice in the apt, homeless people going thru the trash and constant solicitors knocking on my door bugging me.

The soliciting was the worst I've ever seen, and they always came to my apt. I called the front office one time to run a solicitor off, which she did. The solicitor came back one day unannounced and threatened me for calling the front office on her when she knock randomly on my door trespassing in the first place.
The rent is cheap, the leasing agents do work with you, but if you can do better, please do.

They make promises and dont live up to them, my rent is usually 1293 including water this month my rent is 1414 and i have yet to receive an answer as to why my rent is so much! This is only my second month living here! I still have no trashcan, my shower water is cold, my toilet tissue hold is still broken, 2 weeks ago i finally got some central air they were waiting for a part to come in the mail and i had to beg them to take the ac unit out my window after the part was installed.

I moved in April 15 my apartment is supposed to be fully upgraded and was supposed to be ready April 15 when I moved in April 15 my air did not work and STILL does not work. My door lock is so loose if you push it you could come right in. My bathroom tub is stopped up all this has been this way since move in! Maintenance just marks the maintenance request as complete and does not fix the problem and if they fix the problem the half do it and leave a mess when done I hung one coat up in my closet and the whole rod fell wood and everything and the coat wasn’t even heavy maintenance came and “fixed” it looks like my 5year old fixed it…. Everything that glitters ain’t gold… LITERALLY!

I love living at Woodstone! The maintenance staff is always super helpful and the manager Amie always goes above and beyond!) She has truly made significant changes that makes living here enjoyable and worth every penny.

I’m convinced that no one actually works here and applying is a money scam. After putting down a deposit and getting “approved” for an apartment I filled the paperwork out for, they will not email back, return calls, etc. It’s been over a week and it’s radio silence. So I guess I’m not moving here anymore.

If I could give this place no stars I will. I live here and honestly I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My mailbox door has been missing for 4 months. I have to pick my mail up from the actual post office because my leasing office is to lazy to fix it. It’s trash all over the place. It’s hard to get in contact with someone. I never received any feedback because the leasing agents are doing their own things in the office. Your rent do not stay the same price half of the time I don’t even know how my rent got so high. The apartment complex is really gross do not move in it. Save your money on something worth buying.
