Woodway Apartments, San Antonio TX

Hello all, I would like to thank you for reading my review of Woodway Apartments, please be advised that all what I posted was my recent knowledge and I would like to share it with all people who are looking for a good place to live. I have been living here in Woodway apartments since two months, my co-worker is still living here since 6 years, he was the one who guided me to this location, the place is a complete advantage includes but not limited to: fast Access to Highway, near to retail stores like (H. E. B, Lawes, Sprouts, etc.), a gas station only far away 10 yards from it, multiple plazas near it.to describe the life inside the Woodway apartments I can say deep quite, respectable tenants, clean inner streets, the most clean and fully equipped laundry facility, maintenance reacts to your requests immediately if you post a request while they are still on a day time duty, if your request submitted out of the daily work hours; they will check with you first thing next day in the morning, parking lots for vehicles are due to your apartment location, all the parking lots designated for the apartment are with shade, mail boxes are secured and all in excellent condition, all of that is due to the continuous tracking and checking of the apartments status by the leasing office manager lady, she is one of a kind that rarely you can find anywhere else, she never forget tenants request and always process everything immediately, she always helpful, willing to help as much as she could, and will never make the life hard on her tenants if that within her authority, the most important thing ever is the amount of the rent you pay, all of us are aware of what the rent, utility, and internet bills look like, but there is a difference from place to another place, here in Woodway apartments, the rent is completely benefit the tenants, there are no hidden fees nor untold fees. You sir / madam who reads my review if you are looking for a good place to live with all what the word (Good) mean then come, have a look and talk to the leasing office manager lady, see by yourself about this hidden beautiful apartments, you will never waste your time, best wishes to all of you seekers of the good places.

Lived here for over 4 years. It’s quiet, u are by the highway so it’s easy to get to work and you can’t beat all bills paid!

I have lived here for a few years and I have had a great experience. The location is great, the rent is fair, and the staff is very responsive. All of my requests and inquires have been responded to and resolved either same day or within 24 hours.
It's no wonder many tenants who come to this location tend to stay for a while. I have had no pest problems and the pool and laundry room are always kept clean, even pre pandemic. The complex is quiet and there are many families with children that live here.
Covered parking is assigned so you know you will always have a space by your apartment available.
Overall a great complex.

Affordable and well maintained. Property manager is very good! Very pleased with my time here.

I PERSONALLY DO NOT LIVE HERE! THIS IS MY REVIEW. The manager was nice enough to give me a tour of the one-edroom apartment even though I came 10 minutes before they closed. Management is nice along with the repairmen who are surprisingly social. The only issue i have is that there is very little parking. However, apartments are small.

Clean apartments and upto date I advice people to. Live there David is wonderful also the manager is a great lady safe area and has many shops around thank you woodways the rooms are big and the floors are great
