Love Wolf Gang RR! The front office, the owner, the staff are all so sweet. Once I saw such a change in my fur babies energy since coming here I have never left them. They are calm and happy after grooming now! And the team is really open to suggestions or concerns. If you voice it, they will jump to help.

I saw a harsh review about the increase in pricing, and I feel that falls more on the economy than the business itself. They shouldn't be faulted for that. Small businesses in Austin and the surrounding area are really trying. Happy to support this place, and happy my pups have a consistent place to go. LOVE ZEKE, BEST GROOMER MY DOGS HAVE EVER HAD

My sweet boy got groomed and smelt amazing and was super happy afterwards. The staff was friendly and super patient

I brought both of my heelers in for a bath and deshed and i was very pleased with the process, it was so easy to book an appointment. When I dropped off my pups were pretty hesitant to go back since they can be pretty anxious but they took their time with my babies. They let me know all the details about how they did which I appreciate. Everyone was really welcoming and helpful. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

I came to woof gang to buy treats and ask about the grooming services and was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by the ladies in the front and immediately helped. They gave me all the information I needed and will definitely be bringing my dogs here!

This was our first experience here and it was a great one! Beautifully groomed schnauzer face! Thank you! Kelly did a fantastic job and the whole staff was very communicative!

STOP! I was just informed there is a 40% price increase at Woof Gang for services. Mini groom $70 to $100. Full groom $90 to $120.

LOVE the services here, yes I LOVE the people who work here. But, come on. I understand prices are increasing for everyone. But who has had a 40% increase in salary? !
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: I will remain as long as Becca is here, but you are on notice, I will leave the minute she does. You took no consideration into account for existing loyal customers for years. I sure hope your wonderful staff gets some of this increase.

This place is so nice. My dog loves the treats I bring him from here. They have a nice spot to take pictures of your dog too. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Woof Gang smelt delicious walking in! They were able to help me find a little raincoat which was not even put out yet! They even gave me free treats for my pup! 10/10 service and I will be back with my Oliver!

My baby came out with razor burn disappointing to read on Google that the only way it can happen is dry shave, blunt razor or shaving to quick. When we leave our babies in others care we expect them to be looked after properly…. That isn’t the case here my poor baby is suffering and having to go to the vets

Terrible groomer. The nice smiling faces up front hides a dirty secret behind closed doors. The dogs are being mistreated and yelled at as well as being man handled when not staying still. Will not be bringing my dogs here again.

Went here for the first time to have our standard poodle groomed. It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The groomer did an excellent job and did exactly what I asked for. Not only was I very satisfied I booked a return appointment.

Went in to buy dog treats and was only one in the store, but the 4 employees were so wrapped up in their little gossip session i could get any assistance while waiting for 10min
WILL NEVER go here again.
SEVERE lack of customer service

Today was not an easy day, my friends a I were gathering to celebrate the life of & say goodbye to a beloved pup. I stopped in at Wolf Gang to grab a treat for the fur baby. The ladies were so kind. (I’m afraid I’m going to mess up her name, because my brain was just overwhelmed with gratitude and thoughts of the puppy) But I wanted to say a special thank you to Eleanor for what you did for me. The made a cookie just for him. Your kindness made a rough day just a little easier

I’ve taken both of my dogs to this location. We’ve never had problems with scheduling and all the staff is friendly. My dogs always come out looking refreshed and cute- no matter which groomer we have.

We take our dog Sylvi here now for a bath monthly and so far it’s been a great experience each time!

I take my Great Dane to get groomed here. They’re great! Very nice, attentive, good with our big girl, communicative and give quality service. Our dog loves going. The place is super cute. There are dog treats everywhere. Both homemade and non. A great selection of chews (like animal part chews. Feet, ears, trachea, etc.)

We bought a birthday cake for our dog, her friends and our two 2 cats. They loved it. Will continue to go to Woof Gang as long as I can!
