I would give y'all a zero if it was possible. My husband has been waiting now for three weeks to get his prosthetic leg. The company who made it just needs the authorization to give to him And he's called every day for the weeks to get a hold of someone and nobody answers. His case worker won't return his calls. Either give him his leg or put him on disability this is ridiculous. Y'all aren't helping people.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Trying to reach WIOA is harder than getting into the mafia. "Someone will call you by the end of the week. " After waiting several weeks I tried out the email route and someone finally gave me an extension for a David Grove (#1030) who is "in charge". I said to myself "ok progress". Nope, dead end. Seems like Mr. Grove is never in the office because I call frequently even different times and it always goes straight to voicemail. Left a couple voicemails but that doesn't help. Good luck if you ever need help from this program.

All of workforce solutions has the same phone line and no one EVER answers it. I am ALWAYS being sent to voicemail. The unprofessionalism and inability to get ahold of anyone is absolutely insane to me. I have called every single day, and no one answers the phone. I’ve left countless voicemails. I’ve emailed them. Unbelievable.
