The people in the service department are rock stars. Special call-out for Harry the service manager there. He was our point of contact through the entire repair process and made sure things went smoothly and we were kept informed at each step.

I've been the customer here for 2 years and I am no longer going back. Ever since they lost one they have gone downhill not only did they can deny me a rental vehicle so that I can go to work. They told me that I had to do a diagnostic even though I gave them all the part information and what was wrong with the vehicle and then when they still could not find out what was wrong they still made me pay the diagnostic fee I have never had to go through this with this dealership it has gone downhill and I will not be returning anytime soon

Really great service department here! When a different location messed up my appointment with them, Mariela and Daniel called every other Mazda dealer to help and try to figure it out. When we couldn’t figure it out, they were able to get me an appointment that same week at their location and get everything done super efficiently. These two folks deserve a raise!

I’ve purchased two Mazda’s and have been pleased with the performance in both of them. World Car North keeps me abreast of any problems so I can maintain them to peak performance.

Great service by Ron and his team. They did a 360 review and it took much less time than I anticipated. They kept me informed throughout my wait and sent me a video of their findings of my specific car—that was helpful. I won’t hesitate to come back!

Terrible and dishonest sums up this dealership. They will lie about known issues and charge you for service explicitly covered under Mazda’s TSB or recall program. RUN don’t walk away from this dishonest and deceptive business. They are terrible by every measure!

My car wouldn't start and I once I got jump and had the battery tested I was told something else was wrong I needed to have my car serviced. I called the dealer in New Braunfels where I bought my 2020 CX5 and they were absolutely no help. Said it would be a month before they had a loaner car and could not take the car in until that Wednesday.

Called Mazda North and the guy was super friendly. Offered me a loaner vehicle since it was Saturday and they would not be able to check my car out until Monday. Completed the paper quick and had me on my way. My car was serviced and fixed by noon that Monday. The staff was just as efficient and friendly. I will return to this dealer for my future Mazda needs. Their service is just better.
