Chose this loan company because at the time, I lived near Potranco and 1604. Now that they provide the app to get a loan and to make payments, I continue using them because of their great service and friendly staff.
Whenever I stop by Potranco location at 9827 Potranco Rd, I always come in person because of the environment. The staffing has always been slightly scarce probably due to what’s been happening but everyone is so positive and educated; I appreciate the way they enlighten me to my questions. “Michael Robson” and “Zyelo Sanchez” never let me take advantage of the online payments because I’d rather come pay in person because of their professionalism and consistency.
