I called before I came to ask what is needed, what type of loans they have and what is the turn around for said loans. The person I spoke with didn't tell me that I needed my ID and physical copy of my social. When I got here she said that she needed the physical copy!
The price of gas alone is the reason they are getting one star! I was clear when asking questions about the process for the reason of not wasting gas and or time!
