I have used Mike with Wortham A/C for over 20 years. He's a good, honest man and always fair with his customers. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I have used them before with no issues. However, this time was different. I had spoken with 2 different people the day I requested service. Both had told me 2 days, not an issue as it is peak season. I called back on the 2nd day and was told no it would be 2 weeks. How did it go from 2 days to 2 weeks? I can see an extra day or 2 maybe. I have also found out that people who had work orders turned in after mine had already been seen and parts ordered. I believe that my initial assessment did not seem to be an expensive repair so I was pushed off until later.but I have no proof of that. I found a company that was here when they said they would be, assessed the situation and unfortunately found problems I could not see. They ordered the parts and installed a brand new system before this company could even come out to assess the problem.

And no, I will not be calling the office to discuss the situation. You had time to discuss it when I was attempting to get a service call.
