I went in today to authenticate a piece of jewelry and James was very helpful, patient and detailed about my piece! Great place with such great merchandise!

All the jewelry is reasonably priced, they buy at a good price, and the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise I looked at. They gave good advice and were very honest. I appreciate places like this since some of these types of places will try to scam you or give you false information. I will definitely be back if I am in need of more jewelry/purses!

This was my first time ever getting a loan from a pawnshop. I called Wright Jewelry and Pawnshop and spoke with James. He explained everything in a straight forward manner. I went to the store and James helped me. He made it easy and painless. Within 20 minutes I walked out with the cash I needed. Thanks James for a positive experience.

My rating is more for the service than the shop. I came in looking for some jewelry and the salesman was really helpful and knew his stuff. Lee was his name and he helped me and patiently answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. I will be back just because of him!
