Wright's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc, Greenville TX

Thank you Wright’s AC. I called at 830 this am about my AC not cooling and the technician was here by 10. Replaced a capacitor, told me what he was doing and what it would cost before he started. I would recommend them.

My A/C went out when I called they took care of us promptly— made an appointment for technician to come — technician found problem and fixed it immediately

The blower motor went out on our central air unit called wrights they came out the same day gave me a price and said 1-4days to get the parts to fix now this is July. Ok we can make it 1-4 days
I called a couple of time just to touch base with them and the lady was rude and told me that I was to wait to hear from her on day 4 still no part and it happens to be Friday so guess what yes no air all weekend. I called back and canceled the order call another company was there that day and got it fixed. I will not be calling this company again

Our air quit cooling about 2 in the afternoon and it was getting hot quick. They were here about 3: 30 and in no time we were cooling again. Kyle was professional and explained everything as he went. I recommend Wrights AC.

Randy and his crew rennovated my entire HVAC system adding new equipment and a new zoning system. They were very professional, responsive and on time, also very good at problem solving. We will continue to use Wright's Air Conditioning for all of our maintenance and any upgrades.

In east Texas, it is hard to find a dependable service company. Wright's Air has always shown up on time, takes care of business. Good group!

came back a week later when the part
came in. He put it on and realized it was a wiring issue instead
He let me know what had happened and didn't charge me as much as he could have. Hw was very honest. I recommend this company. They did a great job!

He is knowledgeable and proficient with Residential and Commercial units. He explains the problems and solutions in layman’s terms so his Customer feels confident in the outcome. He offers all possible choices so that you can make an educated decision on how you spend your hard earned money. You will not find a better person to trust your repair problem with and be insured the problem will be solved professionally and accurately. Not unlike most people, I want a professional service when I am forced to spend my money on maintenance or repair. I don’t want to pay someone who is training on my dollar. I’ve used several different Companies for heat and air problems and will forget all the rest of them going forward. Wright’s has never disappointed me!

I had 2 A/C unit's not working. I called at 9am they were out by 11am and had them both working within an hour or 2. The young gentleman that came out was so polite and very knowledgable. Their price was less than I thought it would be. I will be using them again.
