Dr. Carrington is great and the office is super cute. Loved the care received here for my little one. Highly recommend.

My daughter has went to this facility for 7 years but they are by far the worst. She has asthma issues since 2 years old they have diagnosed she was seen Tuesday by the Nurse Practitioner Susan Carrington who advised all her medicine would be sent to my same pharmacy i always use but unfortunately she failed to tell me there would be a long eta to hear back from my medical provider and my daughter condition has worsen. I kept calling the office since the day we left and when I spoke to one the medical assistance Stephanie she was the first person who advise they finally sent the order and provided an ETA. I will not be doing business with this establishment anymore they can never keep the same providers or even front desk staff and there's always issue with communications. If your child has real medical issues please be careful this not the place and they are highly unprofessional since constantly changing management.

Bethany Ishmael, the nurse practitioner is awesome! She explains EVERYTHING that the visit will consist of. She speaks to both myself and my child during appointments, and this is important to allow the child to feel involved and trust her. I’m a nurse myself and let me tell you.she is great!

Don’t come here unless you want to wait an hour in the lobby and then another hour in the room waiting to see the doctor.this visit will take up almost half of your day.stay away.

I recently changed my pcp to this new doctor thinking I was going to get a great service since they had a 4.5 Star on reviews but it was a waste of time Staff was rude instead of helping out with paper work mistakes they laughed and gossip. Doctor was nice but refused to refill my sons allergy medication I was told to call my previous pcp to get a refill like really?

Dr Bethany Ishmael is the wonderful doctor I ever met in my life. She is very kind and I can discuss with her all details in friendly manner.

Hi Lou not recommend this clinic for families that they really need a healthcare service we took our kids three times with symptoms sore throat headache body King the doctors are not professional and did not prescribe any medication it was kind of fishy that only nurse for practitioner servicing this clinic

Thank you Doctor Susan Carrington, you are amazing doctor. My son was little bit hyper but she was very nice and patient with him. She answered all my questions patiently very caring and listens to your concerns. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Word of advice - when scheduling an appointment make sure you don't have to be anywhere until MUCH later! The wait time for a wellness exam was unbelievable.

Service was excellent my daughter loved it. Nurse practitioner was sweet and very attentive.

A relative recommended me to DR JO and I can’t thank her enough because I'm a very picky mom when it comes down to my kids and doctors bedside manners - BECAUSE IT MATTERS!
Let me start by saying my kids HATE going to the doctor and specially getting shots or medication, But thanks to DR. JO and her TEAM My kids LOVE to get seen by them. They really go out of their way to ensure my kids feel safe and they show them what they will be doing before hand in order to comfort them and to not be scared. That's a BIG A+ as a mom to see a gentle hand being use on my kids. Shots are a breeze and we are always seen promptly.
I can not be more thankful for this ladies. They always assure me if I have any concerns and always answer my questions. I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Dr. Jo YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Bethany Ishmael is so sweet! So are the wonderful nurses. Doctor was very informative and great with my boys. Place is very clean and organized. Front staff needs a little training from the ladies in the back. Overall great place.

I’ve been coming here since my son was a newborn (4 months now)
If you come here, plan for at least 1.5 hours for just a wellness check. Today I got there at 8: 10 for a 8: 20 appointment and didn’t leave until 10: 35. Waited over an hour to see the NP and then after 30 min of waiting for shots I told the nurse I had to go because my mom was outside with my oldest and she had to go to work. The nurse told me she was ready to give the shots and she went in the room, got the needles ready and one of them was bent. She tried to fix it WITH HER FINGER. She gave my son his shot with the needle that was not bent, put his bandaid on and then she tried to give him the other shot WITH THE BENT NEEDLE. I had to tell her to not give him that one since it was BENT! She said “you’re right I’m sorry I’m so sorry” and threw it away. Ugh! I don’t even know if I want to come back here ever again. HORRIBLE experience.
