Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel and Water Park

The hotel is within the airport grounds and is somewhat difficult to access. The hotel lobby was nice, but the grounds were dirty and rundown, including squealing gates, missing ceiling tiles with exposed wires, and extra large cockroaches in the bathroom.

The staff were fantastic, the pool looked fun, and the Salsa restaurant food was pretty good.

We liked staying at this hotel, they treated us very kindly when we return to El Paso, we will stay there without a doubt.

Staff was friendly. Lobby was nice. However rooms and hallways need updated. Somewhat noisy because cleaning staff used door lock to keep door open and when moving in I. And out door would bang while my husband tried to work, dog barking and of course, jet noise. Room smelled stale. Food was good.

The room and bathroom were filthy and need to be updated. Location was nice and so were the front desk staff.

Very friendly staff, lots of amenities and great location. Rooms are clean but a little bit out dated. Overall recommend staying there.

The pool was nice the views are beautiful the accommodations are great but my room smelled my fridge didn't get cold and my biggest thing is the false advertising of the hours of operation of the slide for the pool they told us it was open all day when it was only open for a few hours which if you have kids is a lifetime which I don't mind had they let us know ahead of time instead of advertising it everywhere and have it clearly labeled that the facilities are open at a certain time when they're not other than that we had a great time

This hotel met our needs. It is close to the airport, which made it extremely easy for arrival/departure. It is family friendly and comfortable. I will say though, it was not clear to me that the waterslide was only open Thur-Sat.and the pool water was so cold despite the hot weather.

The room floor was coming up, the a/c didn’t work at all. It’s not a water park it’s a slide and pool.

The rooms were nasty and had stains on the wall and the shower head had mold on it No house keeping or room service
The breakfast was a blueberry muffin and juice As we where leaving the staff gave us dirty looks and the laundry room was cluttered. The pool was in a good spot but it had a no diving sign and a diving board? It was pretty deep about 8 feet. There was a ladder on the side with stairs. The sink was stained. Only 3 towels when we got a room for 4. Theres no bathroom door, and the closets are pretty small.it came with a desk and a chair micorwave, Fridge and a TV. Don't reccomend praying there even though theres a bible it was pretty dirty and the doors didn't lock well our key didn't even work we had to get a new one. Right next to a neighborhood. The matress was hard and pillows were very thin. Will not be staying here again it was very disappointing.

Update 6/23: Still my first choice when traveling to El Paso. The Mgt Team continues to make many small improvements that really add up! New Laundromat on site is awesome, and so convenient when staying there for almost 2 weeks! Not to mention the new massage chairs! Oh my word! Perfect for an end of day relaxing message! Two on-site gyms are great. I'm not a big Peleton biking person, but they have two of the bikes in their new, upgraded fitness center for those who are. Thank you guys for always making me feel "at home".

My “go to” place when in El Paso. Convenient to the airport (walk across the parking lot), 5-6 minute drive to Ft Bliss, and close to lots of good restaurants! The staff is awesome…. From their GM to the Front Desk to the Salsa Bar they are the best! Thank y’all for your fantastic customer service, always having “my room” ready, the awesome breakfast, and the smiling faces!

The outside and Lobby look nice but the room and bathroom were filthy. The bathtub/shower had mold in it, I couldn’t bath my children in it. Very disappointed since this is a Wyndham don’t waste your money.go stay somewhere else. The ONLY nice part of our stay was the staff. They were very nice and professional.

The hotel staff is very arrogant, even the simple pool guard always takes people out an hour before pool hours and in a very bad way. Not to mention that I waited more than an hour for my room to be "ready".

There was dirty laundry under the sheets of the “clean” bed on the first night, after having to wait to past the check in time to get to our room. We had to call and request someone come clean the room after the second night and it seemed like it was a bother for anyone to do anything with the staff. We not stay there again!

We loved our stay at this hotel, we actually felt at home.
The staff are an excellent team.
On our next visit for sure our stay will be right here.
All the areas are very clean and in the part of the pool and jacuzzi there is always supervision and staff on the lookout.
I recommend Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel and Water Park.
