Wynn's Nail Lounge, San Antonio TX

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The spa like nail salon, and the kind attentive nail techs made me feel like $1 million. I highly recommend that you all come and try. I can’t stop raving about it. My nails look fabulous, and sleek. Their prices can’t be beat!

I just moved to San Antonio and saw this Wynn's Nail Lounge
had good reviews. I got a gel manicure and the woman who did my nails was so professional and thorough with her work. The price was also very affordable for the quality, which is why I'd highly recommend this salon

Poor service, many people were waiting because of staffing issues, was charged $90 for a full set with a design when their website says $55 for a full set and $5< for a design. The nails look great but not worth $90 or sitting in an uncomfortable environment

My first time here for a pedicure and it was such a nice experience. She is well trained, smart and listens to me. The environment was warm and relaxing. Leaving the salon feeling amazing and i definitely will be back!

Love the experience! The shop is beautiful and they sit you down really quick. And my nails came out super cute!

I called to see if I could come in for an appointment and the lady said yes when I arrived one guy started on me
Then he got his stuff together and left then they switched me over to another guy he did his part got his things and left.then they moved me upfront and said someone will be with me shortly but everybody was busy except the one lady who I think might be a manager or the owner and she was talking at the cash register and doing paperwork while I sit there with unfinished nails. She would look back at me and continue talking with another lady. I finally had to say something because it was obviously I was being totally ignored, and the sad part about it is that particular lady has done me like that before. The last time, a lady came in who made an appointment for her and a friend so the friend was late so they started without her, she arrived about 20 minutes later and was able to get started on right away because they were waiting on her to show up while I still had to wait. My biggest regret is that I had continued to support a Business that have shown a lack of good customer service more than once And it’s always the same lady. So no more Wynn nails for me.

This is my second time coming to this nail salon and I LOVE it! Steven did my nails today and did a phenomenal job! I love that they always get me in right away, and they’re always so friendly! It’s conveniently located right near where I work. I tell all of my coworkers to come here and they now love it too! I can’t thank my boss Michelle enough for introducing me to this establishment!
