Sit around forever and don't get helped. Watched 2 episodes of a show just sitting there. That's an hr. I had my grams with me so I finally just had to leave. Get more ppl or faster ppl.

Got helped by Alex P. Had to leave early before I could set up the mobile numbers but was able to email him the info and he got it all sorted out without me needing to come back into the store. Helpful and was insightful about the services.

LEO was awesome! Helped us out with a ton of issues we had been having with our router and bill. He was understanding and patient with us through the experience! His boss definitely needs to give him that promotion! He deserves it and so much more! Thank you again Leo for your kindness and help.

If I could give zero stars I would. This store is a joke from employees to management. Incompetent and useless. One of the lines on my account had a SIM card issue and the phone was not working correctly. The employee replaced the SIM card and cut another line off to my account by activating it under the wrong number! Then said there was nothing that could be done but meeting to exchange SIM cards (we are on the other side of town from each other approximately 1 hr away) or I would have to go to another Xfinity store for a new SIM card. (Closest store 30 minutes away). I had to leave my mothers birthday dinner to get this resolved as my cell phone is used for work. All due to the negligence of the staff and management. Stay away from this place if you value your time and sanity.

Employees don’t care about you. They suggested me to go to a competitor since they did not want to deal with the phone that they just sold me. I will be changing providers for internet and phone. Please run form this place. If anyone have issues I recommend contact corporate. For the look of things management doesn’t care wherever customer are happy or not.

I had set up auto pay and everything was fine until I changed banks. Auto pay was good for 3 months then auto pay was disabled for some reason. I went to the store to set it up again! Now it's happened again! I am so frustrated cause this is such an inconvenience!

Worst customer service available that is not even in the USA, how does a $151. BILLION dollar company have call center employees arguing with their 2 yr clients and make me ask for a supervisor 8 times then tell me there is not one on site! Don't go for it to save a coupe dollars from a promotion because once its up they will not notify you, lie, raise it double the price and will not work with no matter how long you been with them. The internet is always cutting off, lagging or no internet when it gets cloudy outside. YOU SEE THE VIDEOS OF SCAMMER CALL CENTERS, WELL IT'S PRETTY MUCH THE SAME PEOPLE AT THE END OF THE DAY! YOU GET IT WITH NO KY!

I went to the Xfinity store in Pasadena and Jossue Banda assisted me. He verified I had the best price on my cable and internet. I also had concerns that my phone was overheating. He checked it out but did not pressure me to buy a new one. That was perfect since I dislike pressure sales. I decided to purchase a new Samsung, case and phone charger. He was very knowledgeable and the perfect salesman. I very much appreciate the service he gave me and will request him if I need anything in the future.

Received outstanding customer service from Leo at the Pasadena Location! He went above and beyond addressing every concern I had regarding my internet service! I highly recommend this location as they are always willing to assist and recommend additional products that we can benefit from! Great service, great product at an affordable monthly rate!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Stay out of this place. Bad service and the manager is a little weasel. Threatened to have me arrested because they couldn't get a new phone to work for three days. Stay away from here and Xfinity. My other phone is with Verizon. In over 20 years I haven't gone one day without a working cell phone. Going on 4 days with these bums. What a joke!

Although they were out of the wireless boxes they did everything they could to assist me! I pass up to locations just to come to this location whenever I need something!

I tried updating my payment information because I lost my debit card they kept jumping me on the automated system and refused to help me I’m still not update my credit card information because no one will help

I tried several times calling this office and no one picks up. After not being able to reach a human eye get a text asking me questions that are irrelevant to why I was calling. After going around in circles with the robo agent I finally I get a call back 20 minutes later when I was just trying to reach my local Xfinity store and the lady calls me back from Jamaica? I can't wait to ditch this service!

Paying for a 1 gig internet. Yet I get dropouts 8 times a day literally.either the download speed goes to 0 mbps or the upload goes to 0 mbps for10-30 minutes at a time.this is the most UNRELIABLE internet in Pasadena/Deer Park area. The service desk tries to reset it but doesn't solve the underlying issue. If your business or home requires Reliable internet, go somewhere else
