Was very rude. Said they didn't take their own equipment back but want to make me an appointment to sit and wait.

The person who welcomes you speaks Spanish and can help you with whatever you need and even so I didn't ask for help and I was waiting when other people arrived and he attended to them. But he left me last until I asked my son to help me take care of him.someone who had a bad job

I went in to ask about setting up a cable box because it's something my apartment said comes included and right off the bat was treated rudely by the person at the front. When the rep who was supposed to help called us over we asked for information and instead of explaining anything to us they began scrolling through my account and messing with it and then just told me ok it's all set. Bring in your flex box and we'll switch it out for the cable box. They had not explained or asked anything at all so I was not aware I would have to choose one or the other. I told them nevermind because I prefer the flex box and they just said oh.well I couldn't find the right code for the cable box you need anyway so if you change your mind call customer service and have them do it. As soon as I got home I realized my Internet was down even though it had been working perfectly all week. I called support and spoke with several agents and no one could help so they told me they were going to send a tech and that there would be no charge for that. That was a lie, apparently anytime they send a tech they bill you a $100 fee. Once the tech was done he explained that whatever the rep in store did to my account was what messed up my Internet. They essentially transferred my service back to my old address. Two days later is when I received a message saying a $100 fee had been added to my bill. I called customer service to ask about it and was told it was for the tech. I explained my situation to them and just told me I'm sorry they lied and told you there would be no charge, I can try to have it dismissed or give a partial credit. I agreed and was told I would see it by the end of the day and to not worry because she would handle it. Two days later still nothing so I call again and am informed that there are no existing notes about any previous conversations so no credit can be applied. After what felt like forever he finally got approval for a $50 credit and applied it to my account. I went into the store only asking a question and instead of getting an answer I was left with no wifi, a fee, and one hell of a week going back and forth with customer service. Lesson learned, will not be going here anymore and make sure everything gets documented.

Noah Tylor is a garbage manager, i don't know why Xfinity has someone like him as a manager. He treated me like he was the owner with bad behavior, bad attitude, and bad customer service. He already has bad reviews. Noah, ran me off instead of assisting me with the issues I had. Prior to coming in I had called Xfinity and they told me to come in and that they would exchange the product. I walked in and he told me that wouldn’t exchange it and that the customer service center doesn’t know the store protocols are and that they don’t know what they are talking about, and if I didn’t have any issues then I could “have a nice day. ” Xfinity please train your managers.

The most annoying thing is that you can NOT call and talk to someone at the actual store. I need to ask if they have a particular phone at that location but there’s no way to find out without driving 45 mins to get there. If they don’t have it then that’s another 45 mins back home and half a tank of gas to be told no.

BEWARE - DANGER AHEAD
I have been with this company for several years. I finally switched due to dissatisfaction in service. My phone has been paid off for years and I've requested an unlock for over a year. My phone is being held hostage by this company. Its not worth the headache and months of customer service calls. Over the phone they can't help nor in person. JUST UNLOCK MY PHONE. ITS PAID OFF!

Customer service is complete garbage much like their service. Went in to cancel my overpriced cable service but keep my internet. After looking at my new monthly charges minus cable ($180.00) and noticing it made little to no difference I asked Jason Taylor to drop me to a basic internet plan, to which he replied the 200 mg speed is basic. At which point I told him to just cancel all my services. He seemed to care nothing at all about customer retention which speaks volumes about Comcast as a company.
After running home and gathering my old equipment and returning it.
. I called Comcast/Xfinity's National phone number and set up new service getting faster internet than I had for $30.00/month.
Don't let Jason Taylor or anyone else at this store feed you a line of B. S.

This location is great! Been dealing with customer service over the phone trash. The gentleman who help me out at this location was amazing. Went in mad as hell came out happy as a clam. The manager there was very friendly and nice too. Thank you to them for helping me out will most definitely go back to them. I highly recommend this location!

Set up a new account was fairly easy. Accepted my information readily. I then tried to sign into the account on my IPhone and the Xfinity account did not recognize or accept my user name or PW. I presume there was a delay in their system updating as one hour later I could sign in. Otherwise I would have given Xfinity 5 stars.

Everyone who I spoke with lied about having service where I lived just to get me on with them, come to find out after 3 weeks and still no Wi-Fi the technician said they would never supply it to my side of the street… really just across the street and you say no, wow just wow!

If you value your sanity don't use xfinity for anything. The customer service online, over the phone and in store is impossible. Good luck accomplishing getting help for anything.

Went in store to swap over to xfinity mobile. Have been putting it off because the reviews online said it was an ordeal. We were in and out with out numbers ported and plans activated in less than 20 minutes. Aaron Bubak did our swap and he did it all, handled talking to att for porting our numbers. All we did was log into our accounts and he handled the rest of it. He was super helpful and they even turned Moana on the TV for my kid to watch. Wish id came in store and swapped earlier now. Great employees and service.
