15Customer Service sucks! Can't talk to to anyone unless you have an account number. How the heck do they expect you to purchase ne service. I get caught in an endless loop both on the internet and on the phone.
Horrible experience with one of the representatives I was clearly checked in before another customer however that customer was called first and then the service I got one side got to the counter was truly horrible
I typically dread going to Xfinity stores but was extremely happy I went to a different site today. The customer service and tentativeness was incredible. This store is 30 minutes further away from my house than the one I normally go to but I'll continue to go out of my way, the customer service was that good.

Even though this location has become known for its terrible customer service, There's good news! It's never too late to improve customer service.
Comcast is horrible customer service. Was on the pnone with them all day before someone could figure out that I could get service at my address. I told them I had no cables ran to my house and they made an appointment to come do it. The day of the appointment after I had taken off work the guy called and said he was dropping off equipment only. Then he never came but says he did and resceduled the appointment for a week later, Now I have to take off work again and probably still wony be right, I need internet and not having it is just pushing my work load higher. Thanks for making this the worst experience ive ever had getting any kind of service.
I bought 2 phones, got one that was in stock and had to wait for the other to be shipped. Before even opening the box, we changed our minds and I took back the one I had. It's new, in the box, with the manufacturer's seal still unbroken. They wouldn't give me a refund, saying I could only exchange it for another phone. We had already decided to go with another cell provider, so I had no reason to exchange it, but that was the only option they gave. So now I have a $150 Motorola phone for xfinity mobile that is new in box and I can't use it. That's a really chickenstuff way to do business. Every other cell provider that I've ever done business with offers return within a short time period even if it's used.xfinity mobile, or at least this store, does nothing for the customer. They're liars and thieves and not worthy of a single paying customer.
Kayla was professional and helpful. Would go to her for help any time. The 2 guys working with her were acting like they were in a dorm. Playing around, talking loudly behind the counter about "personal" things, and generally distracting. What a shame they forget they are employees.
If I could leave less than one star I would. I understand a person being knew but if you don't know something, dont just make up answers
Very disappointed. Said my Samsung Galaxy S8 that I bought from Samsung wasn't compatible with their wireless service.
The gentleman serving us was sweet and energetic, and we thought he gave us a good deal. Then the bill came and they charged us an extra 70$ish without explanation and the customer service line was slow, snappy, and reluctant to admit their fault. Got a credit for it after about an hour of arguing on the phone. Don't do business with xfinity/comcast unless it's your only option.
My wife and I stopped in to sign up for Xfinity Mobile. The customer service was fantastic.
Everything here went great. When the process slowed down because we struggles to get info from AT&T on the phone, these guys went the extra mile. One of the reps took time to help our young son find some games to play on a store iPad, switched to TV to Paw Patrol and helped walk us through what to say to her the info from AT&T quicker.
Well worth the stop. We now have better phones and better cell service.
We were in and out exchanging old equipment for new. The service was kind, fast and professional.
First my review is no stars.negative stars. I have never had such bad customer service in my life.rude and Brie was very mean and nasty to me. They need to have a employee training about how to treat their customers.

I came in to be the "interpreter" for my husband. I handle the bills and understand our xfinity service and contract info. My husband wanted a few channels that weren't in our package, so Rodrigo went to work and gave some options that worked great for us! The staff was having fun and laughing at my jokes, so that made the visit even better!
