Food arrived fast, waiters were knowledgeable and kind. I got edamame and the spicy seafood ramen.

From the time we walked in to the time we left we had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The food was amazing, our server I didn’t get her name but she was the only server tonight 11/20/2023 and she was AMAZING SERVING ALL TABLES!

The food was served HOT and READY! Very consistent with serving our drinks, checking if we needed anything and again just very AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We felt very welcomed and we will definitely be returning to this beautiful restaurant!

I was really disappointed with this place. The first thing I got here was the miso soup. I love miso soup, it’s so easy and yummy, how could anyone mess that up? Well this place did. It almost tasted burnt.then I got the chicken ramen, very meh. Didn’t have much of a flavor. Then I got the crème brûlée, also meh. You can tell that they just keep a stock of the cream in the fridge and the melt the sugar to order bc the cream was cold. My boyfriend got some of the sushi and other fish products and he said he liked them. We did however agree that their soup/ramen is not all that great. Good staff tho

It’s great having a nice Japanese place in Huntsville. We’ve been a couple of times. The place is beautiful. Great for a date night

Staff was very friendly, quick to refill drinks. Gave extra condiments free of charge. Food was excellent and was prepared well.

FANTASTIC! Everything was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. I’ll be craving this place until I return again. Definitely give it a try.

The service was good, but the food not so much. It tasted good upon the first bite of the two appetizers we ordered, but every bite afterwards was not good. The meat inside the bao bun was great but sadly the taste of the frozen bun just got stronger as we ate. The takoyaki was subpar to other places I’ve been at (Jinya, Daiku) and started tasting frozen after the 1st one. The garlic black bean ramen was good, it just tasted like it needed more so I had to add a lot of chili oil. Maybe those with milder tastes would find it flavorful. The best tasting thing was probably the seafood rice, outside of the seemingly frozen fish inside of it. Everything felt overpriced for what you were receiving. It’s on par with Asian cuisine prices but not with the quality of food served. We also both had a messed up stomach the next day, but that could have a number of causes.

Loved my shrimp teriyaki bento box! Delicious! It was more than enough food for the $15,99 price; salad or miso soup, a whole California roll, 2 dumplings, rice and the teriyaki shrimp.

Miso soup was really watered down. Shushi was ok. Waitress was nice. Wouldn't come back for food not worth it.

Was seated right away. Sat at our table for 10 minutes with no one willing to even look at us. Multiple waiters walking by and not 1 of them even asked us if we wanted a drink. It's okay though the bass was so loud it was annoying. Will not give a second chance.

Went there yesterday and the location and parking is excellent, the restaurant is laid out nicely and was fun to look at.

We had a table of four, two of us ordering ramen, two ordered sushi.

The ramen came out quick enough, although mine was relatively cold and closer to room temperature. The other Bowl of ramen was steaming hot.

We were not provided any utensils until our waitress noticed us flagging her down, and she apologized and brought some.

It wasn't until another fifteen minutes that the sushi came out, and by that point both of the ramen bowls were room temperature while we waited for our wives to get their food so that we could all eat together.

This is my first experience with ramen that isn't instant, so don't have much to compare it to, but the ramen was a bit bland and makes it hard to be excited about coming back. Not a terrible experience, but would have appreciated warm food, and for the orders to come out closer together.

So excited to have a place like this in Huntsville now! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was unique and relaxing. Our waitress Katelyn was excellent, knowledgeable about the menu, and friendly. We look forward to going back soon!

Had an amazing time at Xin Ramen! The food is absolutely delicious. I got the chicken ramen, and it was very good. On top of that the service was amazing. Me and my boyfriend had a phenomenal waiter I believe his name was Dan. He made sure our drinks were full, our table was clean and he was incredibly nice and talkative. I thoroughly enjoyed. My experience. Will definitely go back.

We had the teriyaki and were very pleased with the flavor and portions. I tried the miso soup and didn't care for it. Savannah, our server brought me the salad. We were pleasantly surprised that the salad was an actual salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots not just a bowl of lettuce. The food and service is outstanding. Will definitely be coming back.

Me and my girlfriend have been here a 3 times and all three times the experience has been a little bit different. Food is always on point I disagree with some of the reviews on the food because I have ordered sushi, bento boxes, ramen, appetizers and lots of drinks nothing has been disappointing as far as food goes. I love the atmosphere me and my girlfriend agree it gives a very comfortable and modern Asian feeling, coming here has been very relaxing and is a lot different than other options for food. I would gl so far as to say that their food is some of the best I've ever had. I have had zero problems with portions and I think people get upscale/high quality and budget/quantity confused. In my opinion the food is reasonably priced for the quality and portion sizes seem to align with that. The ramen 10/10 its brothy, has a very complex flavor and all the ingredients blend together well with great presentation. I thinks service has been iffy however. Our first visit was great there was a younger gentleman kind of tall with glasses who kind of reminded me of Harry Potter he was great and did a good job of educating us on the dishes. The last two visits were some ladies who delivered subpar service. Tonight was the worst so far though, when we first got there I had some questions and she was quick to say she didn't know but wasn't interested in finding out for me and throughout the night she was kind of snappy and seemed like she had a problem with us, we were taking a little bit to decide on what we wanted so we had to request for extra time quite a bit and she kept coming back in about 5 minute intervals which isn't really a problem but she have off the feeling she was becoming annoyed and was expressing it very clearly on her face. After serving us she was quick to go back to her phone and chat it up with her Co workers but did not like coming back to her table. Finally when requesting Wasabi for our sushi she literally threw it on our table and walked away there is a camera right at us so please look. Towards the end of our visit when we asked for the check is when she started being a little more attentive and nicer but it was too late for lack of a better description. I do not want to point her out but she was very rude tonight. Food 100/10 customer service 6/10

I don't post online reviews often, but this place is worth the effort. My boyfriend, my son, and I ate there last night and saw first hand the character of the staff. My boyfriend is severely allergic to seafood, but the boy and I love it and we're always extremely careful if either of us orders it. The boy ordered seafood ramen and had quite a bit left over so I loaded it into the to-go bowl only to discover that the bowl was not leak proof. I asked our waitress if they had a larger container and explained that I was concerned about it leaking in the car and him accidentally touching it because of his allergy. She's could have just told me they didn't and been done with it, but instead she and 2 other waitresses sprung into action. They doubled up the bowl, wrapped it in cling wrap, put it into 3 bags - each individually tied, and then into a paper bag. By the time they finished that thing was locked up tighter than Fort Knox! The food wasn't bad, but the customer service was on point! We will definitely be back!
