13What a mess this company is. Told my item would be picked up several times and nothing. Managers at xpo very unprofessional. I would NEVER do business with XPO under any name. My item was finally picked up a week later.
Driver arrived outside of the delivery window and did not call saying he was on his way. I was told I had a 15 minute window to greet the driver and off load. When the driver arrived he did not call, waited 15 minutes before calling and when I went out to greet got upset that it had been 15 minutes and drove off. The driver then lied to the manager and said he waited over 30 minutes, a lie as we have video footage of his time spent there. When I called to reschedule they insisted on a redelivery fee and storage fee. Stay away from this company, it's a scam. They hold your delivery hostage so they can get those extra delivery and storage fees and they are extremely unprofessional.
Was very helpful and on point, I dont remember her name but the lady up front on the right has got it goin on and knows her stuff. Quick and easy, in and out in no time.
Ordered Dryer from Samsung on 5-22 to Deliver on 5-26. Moved Delivery to 6-2, then moves to Saturday 6-10. They are closed on Saturday. Still waiting, Who at Samsung picked this company?
Surprisingly, the delivery I got from them, which was a/c mini splits was great and went over smoothly! I don't remember the lady I spoke with in their office, but she was very nice to me. Overall, I couldn't believe all the reviews.

This company is a JOKE! 5 stars must be lies, I’ve had the same experience as most, waiting around for a scheduled delivery - now in the upwards of 20 hours wasted and they want to reschedule, save yourself and avoid this company
I had a deliver scheduled for 12/9,12/21,12/24,1/2, and now they want to reschedule for 1/23 - how does this make any sense to any service provider? Quit doing business with the company to solve the problem! Best Buy will never sell me another appliance as long as they use this company!
I really don't see how they are in business. They are liars, lazy and have no idea how to do the jobs they were hired for. 3 attempts and I still haven't received my bed.
Issue resolved from the Samsung side. Not sure how many more blunders they will cover before finding a new contract. May want to train your deliverers in basic human decency. And property rights.
Very quick and easy process picking up my package. I did have to be proactive and let them know that I was picking it up and it was not to be delivered to my complex. The team there were very helpful in loading my pallets and getting me on the road quickly
They received my package at least 24 hours prior to the initially scheduled delivery but were not able to deliver it for another week. They would not allow me to pick it up. Avoid at all costs.
They rescheduled my Amazon delivery but annotated that they attempted to deliver which is a lie (I saved that entire days recording). So I called them to figure out what was going on and their call center is in the Philippines, so the lady had no clue on what she was doing. They rescheduled me at their convenience without allowing me to check my calendar. I let Amazon know that they where lying on their updates, at which point Amazon tried reaching out and was treated the same way. This company should NOT be in business, since it doesn't care about its day to day operations.
