Xscape at Katy Fulshear, Richmond TX

Great theater that is perfect for our entire family to enjoy a movie. Ideal location if you live in the area. An awesome place to host a kid’s birthday party as well.

Ticket prices were cheaper but I'd gladly pay more for a reasonable theater experience. The concessions line was extremely long. My biggest complaint was a distracting blemish in the center of the screen and the overall image quality was just terrible. Will NOT be back.

Very comfortable seats and never super crowded. Screens are also crisp.
Only downside is the concessions are lacking some

The manager is super rude…she needs to go and take a college course about customer service. We wanted to but a bottle of water but with this weather we wanted ice with it… she simple said no with lots of actitud and started being disrespectful toward us. Sadly because is the only movie theater close people keep coming. She told the free refill for the large popcorn as well but the price is the same. Terrible place!

Went to an early matinee. Theater is clean and recliner seats comfortable. I like this Theater and will be back.

Very close to home and we always choose Xscape in Katy. Service is good and theatre is clean. Always easy to advance purchase tickets.

Went to see Oppenheimer on the bigger screen, everything worked great. The seats recline and not just the legs like some places, the backs go back some too. I wasn't sure they were going to when my ticket said stadium seating.

Ran out of ICE! Hello, Walmart is 500 yards away! It's 100 degree out! Under staffed, long lines, had to wait for popcorn to pop & out of napkins!

Wow, this theatre is terrible. Cinemark is good, AMC is good but not this Xscape theatre. We went there to see Sound of Freedom in theatre 11. There is a huge stain right in the middle of the screen, looked like someone threw a drink at the screen at some point. I was trying to overlook it, but it was like having a laser pointer on the screen, very distracting. Other people around me were complaining about it. I mean, top dollar for the tickets, 4k high res laser screen and super surround sound, and it was all ruined by the giant stain on the screen. I went to the lady in the hall and told her there was a big drink stain on the screen and folks were not happy. She told me the movie was still watchable and I could deal with it. Seriously? I told her that was not acceptable and she said her manager could refund my money for the tickets. I didn't have the tickets on me, they were back at my chair. When I came back I couldn't find her or any other authoritative figure. I was going to go through the concession line to get a manager, but Barbie was about to start and the line was deep, so we left. I called to talk to the manger who could refund my money, no answer. We normally go to Cinemark on 99, and we made a mistake trying this new theatre out.

Nice seats and sound, but why do we pay these ridiculous prices for food and drinks? No ice out of any drink machine. No one cared when I let them know.

The screen is great. Even the smaller other screens that aren’t the two MAIN screens are really good. The seats are very nice. Only minor complaint is no hot dogs. They said their oven is broken. But they can make mini corn dogs!? The corn dogs weren’t that great. Pop corn is good.
Hot dogs are kind of a traditional food when going to the movies.

Have never experienced what I just did before. Went with my family to watch “sound of freedom” the screen turned all black in the beginning of the movie. The drinks tasted like toilet water, the volume has not high enough, we couldn’t even hear anything. My family and I, plus 90% of the people that were there left the room. We went to ask for a refund and the manager told us she is not able to give us a refund, because she closed the cash register…. I have worked as a cashier before and we all know that there are ways offer the customer a refund, she was just being lazy.instead, she offered tickets to go back. I do not want to go back to this movie theater, it was the worst experience. Customer service was HORRIBLE. I need my money back

Love how easy it is to park and get in quickly! I prefer this to larger places. The chairs are comfy and recline. The theaters are definitely on the smaller side, which doesn’t bother me. It is assigned seating.

Best movie theater in katy. Way better than the AMC at Katy Mills and much cleaner than them too. I come here all the time.

I really like this movie theater, the comfortable seats, adequate air conditioning, the popcorn and soda are refillable, the service is excellent

Super comfortable facilities. The image and sound of the room is excellent. And the snack combos are very good. I'll be back soon
