4Unlike the negative remark from a salty ex associate. XTL Products will take care of you WHEN ITS DESERVED. Pay only gets better sure the pay is at 12$ to start. But as such when they see how hard you work.they'll take care of you.been here for more then a year and dont see myself leaving this spot either. If your only looking for a welders job then go to the refineries or a shop.cause here we do it all practically supplying oilfield services and do a damn good at it too
Great company to work for. Been here for two years and have had the opportunity to grow. Hard physical labor and a lot of OT but well worth it. How you work is how you get paid. Great management, Mike is very understanding, straight forward, but also strives to keep his team strong and on track. I enjoy working for Andrew @ XTL Products.

This company has some hard working guys! Very professionally and respectful. They are always there working to satisfy their clients. Business has always been great. I forsure reccomend XTL Products!
Low pay, start off is $12 so don't ask for more! You are expected to cut variety of hoses by hand and build all kinds of frac, chemical, hydraulic hoses of all sizes, load them up onto a trailer, as well as deliver them around TX and other states, if your a welder expect the same pay included. You get last minute orders of large quantities hoses to be built last minute when your getting ready to go home. All this work for that pay was a joke, your better off working at a fast food establishment, at least its not so labor intense or corrupt like working here! They order cheap parts for you to grind off the name/ prior manufacturer name and repaint it and sale it to the customers to pay more for it when it is cheap material. No raises or benefits until 4 months in and even at that not guaranteed. Company does not care about your family or bills falling behind and work you all hours of the day. I do not recommend this place to anybody for the little pay received as well as the unprofessional management and ownership that follows behind it. There are better opportunities out there good luck!
