Xtreme Air Services - HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical, Sunnyvale TX

My husband and I have been calling on Xtreme Air Services for 8+ years and we have never been disappointed in their services. Today Dylan Scott came to fix our clogged kitchen sink and was he so courteous and professional. Like he has been in his other visits to our home. We have had Xtreme Air Services repair plumbing, HVAC and electrical and have never been disappointed.

Mark is amazing and knowledgeable in this HVAC field. On time and fast response. I scheduled a time a day prior and a tech arrived as scheduled the very next day! Great service. I ended up not needing anything this time around but will def call in the future for anh HVAC needs.

Very satisfied. Have used this company several times, and always top of the line. Very efficient and prompt. Johnny told us exactly what we were already expecting, and was honest and upfront. Very professional, and went over all options to best suit our needs for now. So glad we were not completely without before these good people came.

My A/C was not working they came the next day and less than a hour had me back running Matt was a great technician found the problem very quickly

I hired Xtreme Air Services to replace all the existing ducts in my home as some were mylar and could not be cleaned. When they said they were complete I stated I had no air in the master bedroom and bath. The technician stated it was a long run and would take a day stabilize. My comment was I retired after 40 years in construction; "That is not a true statement. " He turned and walked away. About 30 minutes later another workman stated something was reversed and he corrected it. I now had air flowing.
The day after the installation I reviewed their work in my attic. All looked good from the attic access point but, going back through the attic I discovered 7 of the 14 duct runs were not fully replaced. They still were of mylar material. Also, none of the 14 ducts had dampers that were to be installed at the plenum.
After 2 reviews of the installation, two workmen came back and completed the project successfully.
If you use this firm, I would strongly suggest you thoroughly review the project when they claim it is completed.

Never on time, disrespectful, and never do what they are going to say they are going to do

I really had a problem with Xtreme Air. I spent 12K for a single unit, and in one year, the unit needed service three times. Exactly one year later, the unit stopped working, and I am trying to return it if I can. The installation was done without a city permit, and I have asked Xtreme Air multiple times about getting a city permit. They have responded that it is "on schedule". You could get same price better service watch out what you get.

We had a system tune-up today and our tech Chris was polite, on time and extremly helpful**

I called on a Monday morning for someone to come out to give me an estimate. That same afternoon the "sales guy" came out. I can't say how many times I had previously been talked down to as a female from sales people coming into our home for repairs or upgrades. They would mansplain the work to me like my little female brain just couldn't understand. If my husband was with me other sales guys totally avoid looking at the me because I guess they think men are the only ones who can make a decision.

I put "sales guy" in quotes because Colt (the great sales guy) is the total opposite of the majority of sales guys giving me prices. He spoke to both my mom and I with 100% respect. None of the "Well Ma'am when will your husband be home so we can lock the contract in. " Absolutely no high pressure used car sales techniques. If he had he would have been thrown out of the house and we NEVER would have signed, especially the same day.

He treated us like old friends, I can't remember a time when a sales guy had us laughing and joking like we were hanging out having a cold one around the fire.

Beyond the sales part the install crew were fantastic. Polite, cleaned up after themselves and did fantastic work.

I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to have Colt as your sales rep tell him hi from us. He truly is the reason we didn't get any other quotes (I actually cancelled my two other estimates which I have never done.) Before you ask no one in our family knew Colt before Monday but if his wife and him lived by I could see us being friends because that is how he treated my husband, my mom and myself.

Great work, great company and great employees. You just can't go wrong.

Fred was friendly and polite. Let me watch and explained the situation. Explain to him going to get a second opinion. Who knows maybe I will have him come back.

Our AC technician was great thanks Johnny Martinez. He was informative and answered all my questions with professionalism.

Michael was prompt, earlier than expected and professional, he got us back up and running within a couple of hours. I got the service contract he suggested.and am happy. I'd highly suggest!

Extreme Air saved the day for my homeowners and family with their after hours service we needed. Called several plumbing companies and no one would come out on a Saturday. Extreme Air was at the job within the hour and saved the day. Thank you to Extreme Air and team.

Highly recommend, from Colt who negotiated a fair price down to Tony and Steven who spent a good 6-7 hours sweating profusely in an upstairs attic. Not the cheapest but as the ol saying goes, you get what you pay for. These group of guys are truly professionals.

Great reliable friendly service! The cutoff in master bath repaired perfectly but pricey and unfortunately he didn’t notice that the water wasn’t flowing well. I’ll have to have y’all come back out to unclog sinks in bathroom and fix leak at pea trap on other masterbath sink.

The company has been very easy to deal with. They have been very helpful anytime that I needed a repair/replacement. I had them replace an A/C unit, ducts, compressor and thermostat over 2 yrs ago. And they also still do the twice a year maintenance on the unit. And today, I needed a water heater replaced. Any of the technicians that they have sent out to do the work have been great! Always professional and will keep you updated as to their time of arrival. They clean up their work space after they are finished. And answered all my questions about the replacements. The woman who answers their phone is very nice, too! 5 stars is not high enough. I give them a perfect 10!
