Xtreme Auto Re-Styling Center, Amarillo TX

I was on my way back to Amarillo to visit when my dog had a terrible accident in the car. I called this place first thing Saturday morning and they had me in 30 minutes later. Thank you guys!

The car had been sitting in the carport for a very long time - very dirty! The former owner was a smoker, so the inside smelled badly of smoke. XARC picked up the car and delivered it back home. It looks WONDERFUL! And smells good, too! Pristine! I would recommend these folks highly to anyone!

I had them shampoo my carpet in my vehicle and they did a excellent job, and was affordable. Well pleased with this place. Highly recommend.

How not to run a business…I made an online appointment request on 4/12/23 at 11: 31 am for the appointment on 4/14/23 at 12: 30 pm. I got an email and text of the “proposed” appointment. I never received another email or text message about the appointment. So like a responsible client drove from North Amarillo to far South Amarillo and I showed up to my “proposed” appointment at 12: 15pm and dropped off my vehicle with the upholstery guy. I then had my ride pick me up to drive back across town. About 15 minutes later and after the “proposed” appointment, when I was 1/2 way home. The office lady called to say my appointment was never confirmed and they couldn’t get my vehicle in until 4 days later. Again how NOT to run a business or how NOT to provide good customer service!

This was my first time using Xtreme Auto Re-Styling but it certainly will not be my last! First off I called on a Wednesday about a hour before they closed but they were able to get to me the next day I used their pickup and drop off option (they do charge a small fee for that but so worth it) when I got my car back it looked like it had just came off the show room floor and prices were very fair but the best thing is these folks are polite and so friendly which is such a rare thing these days! Thanks Xtreme Auto you made my day.

Got my windows tinted there. Price was perfect and the service was excellent. Scheduling my appointment to get my pickup detailed and the prices on the detailing is extremely fair

These guys are great every time. My husband's car is always so filthy and they've done an awesome job every time I bring it in to them.

Took my semi in to these guys with water damage on inside. They made it look new again. Highly recommend for semi trucks.

I’m pretty frustrated. I went in for a complete interior detail. When I picked up my car, she stated it wasn’t dirty. I spilled Tide in my passenger back floor which is the only reason I went in. The car is in new condition inside.
The tide stains are still there. It may be impossible to remove but it’s frustrating that I was charged the full amount if they weren’t able to take care of that one area and she stated it wasn’t “dirty. ” I will have to try another company to see if they can get it removed. That point, however, is not the biggest reason I am upset.

The biggest problem is I got inside my car and adjusted my review mirror and it completely broke off.
I went right back in to see if they could explain and the lady said it broke off when she was cleaning it but she didn’t do it.

First, if something breaks while you are cleaning it, tell the customer. Otherwise you are being dishonest. I asked about them replacing and she quoted their waiver. I don’t know if I’m more mad that she decided not to tell me it broke or the fact she implied it was broken before.

I rarely complete reviews but this was an incident that I felt was just wrong.
Mistakes and accidents happen but being upfront and honest makes for a good business. I went and tried to discuss this issue and it wasn’t resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Seatbelts still dirty seems like they had just sprayed down my interior with water.stains were still there so was the stench.top of the car (roof) wasn’t even touched.

Great people! They addressed every concern I had! I got a new windshield and a full cleaning on my interior. I would definitely recommend them!

Called and send a message and they never got back to me. Also every time you call them they never pick up the phone.

They responded to me promptly after contacting them via email on a weekend. They did a great job in xtreme interior detailing for my vehicle. They did what was asked and met my expectations. Would highly recommend!
