The place is great. Just need to control some noisy people that like to play their music extremey loud. So loud we couldn't here the music we were playing at our site.

We love this place but they could have someone clean the portapotties often and clean the grounds better. The grounds always have trash and broken things in it. The portapotties get disgusting from people, throughout the day. Wouldn't hurt for them to put another set of portapotties at the other end, so everyone has a rr close by as well. Other than this it's fun here. They have a 4 wheeler side, a camping side, a jet ski side and a swimming side.

Yes, the boat ramp is a dangerous zone! An accident is bound to happen due to the lack of supervision by parents letting their children swim in the area that has a sign bigger than Dallas! "NO SWIMMING" in the boat dock area. The sign needs to be place in Español for the people to understand it? The park managers need to enforce it. We had a blast on Memorial Day Weekend, but to many adult, and children swimming on the dock that was scary! All the signs are in English, and most of the people could not read the sign in their language. Their common sense was not triggered they parked their vehicles anyway they wanted blocking people trying to drop or retrieve their vessels.

Great place to have fun while doing extreme off-roading. Always have a great time when I go here. They now have canines on the marina side.

Upon arrival we were charged additional for entry to the park after paying 500 dollars to stay in a cabin that was supposed to be for 6 people that actually slept 4 comfortably.
My friend had no ac in her cabin and notified them when she got there and it was after 9 at night when they told her they would refund 1/2 she could stay the night or refund all but she would have to leave the park now.
Over priced for everything you want to do. The guy renting jet skis didn’t rent one all day because he wanted 100 per hour plus a 300 dollar deposit you may or may not get back.
The ATV rental was 75 per hour plus a 500 deposit. My friend paid a 2000 deposit Venmo and hasn’t gotten it back yet. Has to wait until Monday to get it straightened out because something happened during the transaction. Crazy business they have going on. Oh yeah if you book out there and want to cancel, there’s no refund, you can reschedule but No REFUND! Buyers beware. Another of my friends tried to cancel and was told no refund.

Horrible place.they overcharge you for entrance $10 per person. It not well maintained felt like a run down park and it's a small place. Definitely not recommended will not be going back there again

Horrible experience in the boat dock, you would say for the price this place charges they would enforce rules but it seems like they don't care. Don't be surprise when a kid or an adult gets hit by a boat since clearly they can't read the do not swim signs all over the boat dock, seriously you can lose your life! Management you should be informing the people when they arrive at the entrance and your charging them where's prohibited to swim, or hire someone to be by the dock enforcing the rules and like that you'll avoid accidents, cause it's bound to happen anytime soon! By the way this place has change owners now is own by XTREME. I didn't encounter this type of issues with old management.

Horrible experiencia donde se bajan los botes, uno diría que por el precio que este lugar cobra las reglas serian respetadas y enforzadas pero parese que ni les importan. No se sorprendan cuando a un niño asta incluso a un adulto se les pegue con un bote ya que aparentemente no pueden leer todos los señalamientos de que en la area de botes no se nadaaaaaa! Incluso corriendo el riesgo de perder su vida es lo que están haciendo! Administración ustedes deberían estar informándoles alas personas cuando les están cobrando donde esta prohibido nadar, si no pueden hacer eso entonces contraten a una persona que cuide el área de botes y así las reglas se respeten y se evitan accidentes!

The boat dock is horrible. People swimming everywhere in marked “No Swim” zones and don’t move when you are trying to put your boat on and off the trailer. Management does not care either.

To many people will never launch there again people are everywhere that they shouldn't be like swimming at the boat ramp its just a cluster fk

Best place I ever experienced and to camping, ect. Love to plan a trip and weekend vacation, again.

Nice swimming hole with sandy beach, boat and jet ski ramp, place to beach watercraft, picnic tables, covered tables, and pavilions.

What an awesome park! So many different options for a day of family fun! I do recommend getting there early on weekends, as it fills up fast! We had a wonderful Saturday full of jet skiing, swimming, kayaking, and picnicking! The grounds are very well maintained, and it is family owned! I look forward to visiting again on my next trip to the Crosby area!
