Xtreme Piercing & Tattoo Shop, San Antonio TX

I got my naval piercing at the shop in Ingram around a year ago. It all seemed fine but I noticed my piercing was a little off. I went in today and they admitted that they did not grab enough skin so the piercing looks heavy. They told me I should come back and get it done again but had such an “I don’t care” attitude and even pointed fingers. They were very unprofessional and laughed at me saying it’s my fault for signing a waiver. I wouldn’t trust them to give piercings to anyone.

Took my daughter to get her first piercing (septum) and Angela was amazing! Informative, and really courteous! I highly recommend this shop and if you can get Angela even better!

I got pierced at the Rolling Oaks location yesterday and had a not so great experience with the piercer there. I decided to drive the 30 mins to this location to talk with their other piercer, Angela, about some concerns I was having. She cleaned my piercings for free and checked them out to make sure they were all good. She went over aftercare with me and recommended products to use to clean the piercings. She is now who I will be going to for my future piercings. 10/10 recommend.:)

I went in to get a tattoo from tony, we had been messaging back & forth about him doing a portrait tattoo of my mother. Being that I live an hour away from this shop. I called over 15 times & no one ever bothered answering the phone. Tony had told me last night over the phone that he would be able to do my tattoo today & that he was going to draw the portrait over night so we can be ready for today. He admitted to me that he had a few appointments today but that he would be able to do my tattoo. I drove an hour away after calling over 15 time & never got an answer on the shop phone. I get there to find out tony didn’t even bother drawing my moms portrait & that he couldn’t do my tattoo because he had other business even tho he had already told me over the phone the day before that we would be able to do business. You can’t believe anything this man says because he can’t remember anything he has said. Wasted 2 hours of my time on the road to come home disappointed

SO I FOUND ME A NEW TATTOO ARTIST BECAUSE I'VE HAD A TATTOO ARTIST SINCE 2014 OVER THERE WHERE THE THE ALAMO DRAFTHOUSE USED TO BE NEXT TO HEB IN RED LOBSTER IN JACK IN THE BOX ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY WELL HE'S DONE ALL MY TATTOOS SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE BUT WHEN I FINALLY WENT TO GO CHECK ON HIM AND SEE WHAT WAS UP AND BUY SOME PIERCINGS I FOUND OUT HE MOVED TO HOUSTON SO MY FIANCE INTRODUCED ME TO THIS MAN CUZ HE'S DONE ALL HER TATTOOS AND NOW LIFETIME CUSTOMER BIG OR SMALL COMPROMISE ALL YOU CAN DO IS ASK ALL YOU CAN SAY IS NO BUT YES COOL CLOTHING GREAT PERSONALITY THE MAN THE OWNER HE IS AWESOME I LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING IN MY NEXT TATTOO

My 2nd tattoo in over 30 years, Tony did an AWESOME job, for this coverup, I loved it and my family love it, very respectful professionals. Will be back for another tattoo soon. Thank you sooo much.

Can't thank Joseph and Tony enough. Went in for my UVALDE STRONG TATTOO ($50) came out perfect. Just like the beautiful babies we lost. Texas and Uvalde strong. Rude service. The worker at Hot Topic did give me a negative comment about this place but I was looking for body jewelry and the dude on the desk didn't even awknlodge his customer. Bad day, maybe but rude regardless

Got my belly button pierced here a couple days ago and I love it! The guy who pierced it (sorry I didn’t get your name) did an amazing job and it was quick and barely hurt! He also thoroughly explained aftercare, and gave me some advice about my cartilage piercings. I’ll definitely be back, thanks again! ️

Jon wasted no time taking care of us. Planned on snake bites for one of my teenagers and went back for a septum for my other teenager. Same day went back for my septum. 3 trips one afternoon, was cool and easy goin every single time.

They were very professional. The gentleman did an excellent job with my daughter's septum. It didn't even hurt her! My other daughter got a nose stud and it didn't hurt her either. Definitely good place to go to.

The first time I ever visited this piercing shop was when I got my nostril pierced, the lady who pierced me was sweet and did a great job on my piercing. The second time around I went to get my septum and the guy was very rude and sarcastic with me which then discouraged me from getting the piercing, I asked if they do refunds and he said no even though he didn't even pierce me. However, I called and told them about my experience about 3 weeks later and found out that the guy was fired a couple days prior to calling. The manager Joseph was super professional and sweet, he made sure to make it up to me by giving me a refund and a free ear piercing while sincerely apologizing for my experience. I definitely feel better about going back now and it makes me feel good as a customer knowing that they have our best interest in mind. I just wanna thank the manager, Joseph, again for making me feel safe both while he pierced me and while explaining my situation. I felt like he was a family member looking out for me, and I don't think customer service can get any better than that!

The long hair guy William is so polite and funny can't wait to go back and see him!
And get my septum done I wish he would do it

Great piercer, very professional and good at what he does. The artist who did my tattoos was really great also!

If you're interested in a piercing here good freaking luck. Dude at the counter has no customer service skills, walked in I said hello no response, asked if they were doing piercings and was told "not today" okay well how about you try bringing business in an letting me know when piercings are available again instead of short ended answers like I'm the inconvenience to you. The owner should try hiring people who want to bring in money for them. Haven't been here since 2016 when i got my first tattoos done by Miguel and it was a lot better, but now it's not even worth walking in.

I had a fabulous encounter with the piercer John, He went above & beyond to make sure I felt safe & I could trust him with the type of piercing I requested. The atmosphere is nice & relaxing! Definitely 5 star service!

The woman there pierced my daith and it was pain free and sterile. Her customer service was amazing also. Tony is an amazing tattoo artist who will be working with my fiance on an awesome cover up. Great place!
