The staff was super helpful and the store is clean and organized. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock but the staff showed me were to go to get it, very knowledgeable!

Recently went in there in the evening and the lady working there was extremely rude. She was rushing me and just looking me up and down. It felt like she was trying to shame me and couldn’t wait for me to sign the credit card slip for my purchase and for me to leave. I tried making small talk and friendly but she wasn’t having it. She was cold and rude. I’d rather drive the extra miles to another store than deal with her again.

Excellent service I been at so far. Me and my wife are in our honeymoon in this location and decided to do something special and the people are really helpful don’t be shy for what y’all looking for. They can help y’all out for each other and the price was just right for what we were looking for compared to the local store back home.

The best part is the costamar service They do know what they're talking about That is one of the reasons I will shop there And deserve a 5 out of 5

I bought a product from this store, which the sales lady specifically talked me into buying, brought it home and saw that it was defective. The item cost $130 and would not charge. When I noticed it wouldn't charge I called them to ask for an exchange or refund and they told me they would not and that I had to speak with the manufacturer. The product has not been used and I now have an overpriced paper weight. I will not be returning here and am going to challenge the charge with my credit card company.

Man, the customer service here is phenomenal! This was only my second time in an adult store and I was completely lost as to what does what. The nice young lady (didnt get her name) was happy to help my partner and I. From plug to ring to lube! So LGBTQ friendly too! That was a relief and a pleasant surprise, espically with a knowledgeable and helpful staff member that picked up on our naivety. Even gave her a tip! Will be back! Now to try this bag of fun!
