Wonderful place to office! Great owners and fantastic management. I've been there 5 years and I love my space at Yeager!

The bathrooms have cameras and the bathroom is haunted.dont believe me? Check the woman’s bathroom and look at the hooks on the bathroom door.random things will go off.

As a premier vendor for properties in Plano and surrounding areas I highly recommend Yeager properties
Eric, Katherine and Damon are accommodating and knowledgeable about property needs.

Edit: Since the new manager of the suites came in, Olga, this place has improved a great deal. Internet speed has been upgraded and increased and Olga is incredibly helpful and responsive. The previous manager was absolutely useless. Temperature in the offices isn't great, in the summer it's freezing and in the winter it's far too warm.

I rent an executive suite here for my business. It's gone from pretty good to "just okay" in the year since I moved in. Rent went up, and internet connection speed dropped from 80+ Mbps to 20 Mbps, and amenities like the postage machine are gone. Too many local "wantrepreneurs" use the lobby to conduct business without paying. Since the wifi password never changes, this seems to be easy for them to do. I've seen people sleeping in the lobby, which doesn't make for great first impressions.

Great place to office. Professional and helpful front desk. It’s always clean. And sometimes they do social events like a chili cook off.

It is unfortunate I have to report all of this information publicly, but we have been getting the runaround for several months.

I was a tenant at this location for more than 12 months. I always paid my rent, never put in an after-hours call for a door locking me out, and rented 2 suites.

We decided to relocate at the end of January, and I submitted notice for both suites according to their procedures on Feb. 1 according to the property manager. We vacated 1 suite by Feb. 28. Even though this suite was used half-days, 2 days per week and had NO visible wear, they retained more than 30% of 1 month's rent, largely in "administrative fees, " which is ridiculous. Absolutely no repair was needed for that room, and I have pictures to show it was in perfect condition at move-out.

The property manager did not re-lease our second suite, keeping us on the hook for rent through April 2! I was forced to pay the entire month of March and 2 additional days for rent in April. When I arrived the morning of April 2 to take my last remaining items and turn in keys, they had already taken possession of the room, throwing my property in the trash and moving their file cabinet in. Even though I was STILL PAYING RENT and STILL HAD CONTRACTUAL POSSESSION of the suite.

I was promised they would reimburse the cost of a table they had thrown away. I checked the completely empty dumpster outside for it, which signified they had thrown it away prior to the last trash pick up, even further in advance of my assigned vacate date according to rent payments.

Not only have they not reimbursed my property as stated, they have not provided the security deposit. I have contacted the property manager about this by e-mail on 5/1/18 and 5/10/18. My spouse spoke to her in person a 3rd time. They are are not only holding my money hostage, they are avoiding the reimbursement for destruction of my property. The second room had 1 small mark on 1 wall and was in perfect condition otherwise. I have pictures to prove that as well.

We have been given the runaround multiple times to avoid being given the money we are rightfully due. They are retaining our money for no purpose other than to accrue interest on it. The property manager will not provide the contact information for the owner, which makes it necessary to inform others of their deceitful business practices in a public forum.

I will be happy to update my review upon A.reimbursement of stolen property; B.provision of the remainder of my first security deposit as there was clearly no damage to "refresh;" and C.the second security deposit which I am not reporting as stolen as well.

The only word that I can think about these office suites is: Magnificent. High quality and highly recommended.

Great local space for a small office without the overhead of Regus or other serviced office company.
