Yeti Cell Inc., Conroe TX

I took my phone in an hour before closing on Wednesday evening and it was ready to pick up next morning. Reasonably priced for replacing my iPhone XR screen. So grateful for their fast and good quality work. Definitely will recommend this place if I know someone who needs a phone repair

The brothers that own this shop are kind and professional. I went to two other places to get my phone repaired before going to Yeti. The first told me I would need to buy a new phone. The second referred me to Yeti. After two days my phone was as good as new and the repair was far cheaper than a new iPhone would have been. They even put a new protective cover on for free. THANKS YETI!

Best cell store i been too. Prices are a lot better than anywhere else. They have or can get anything I think.

I came here with my dad to get my phone fixed. The charging port was jacked up and I had to fix it. They didn't have the part and we waited almost 30 mins to get service and the music they put there was terrible and frustrating. Will not go back and I recommend going to Gadgets Mid or something in Conroe.

ALWAYS CHANGES MY PLANS, AND ADDS OTHER PEOPLE TO MY LINE. LAST TIME I HAD 7 LINES AND I ONLY HAVE ONE LINE WITH SIMPLE MOBILE

When to see if they can replace the charger port on my daughter's nokia, waited 30 minutes to talk to one of them, the guy told me they may not have the part, i asked him if i can order it and bring it so they can replace it on the phone (as an option of course) he said yes, i asked him how much would it cost me, he asked the lady next to him and she didnt know either, then i guess the "owner" of the place came in, the lady asked him the same question and he said WE DONT DO THAT, turned around and left, i was expecting AT LEAST more fixing options but he didnt care AT ALL.terrible customer service, employees not trained, the place looks and smells like trash and the owner is a completely joke, if i could rate this place with NO STARS i would.thanks for the BAD service, sometimes we gotta go through all this BS so next time we wont make the same mistake with these small BS business.

Great customer service and good quality merchandise. The answered all my questions and provided further assistance. A little more expensive than other stores thus the 4 out of 5 overall the experience.

Make sure when you go to this store you count your money right in front of them before giving it to them (the owner), the lady was very helpful.

I unlock my phone at yeti cell and they did it really fast. I recommend this place.

The price for everything is good, however when I got my phone back after they fixed my screen it had a weird white spot on it that won’t go away, and my phone just recently got a black mark on it too, like it’s the actual screen luring cause when my phone is off you can’t see it but when it’s on you can, but that’s my only complaint.

The employees know what they are doing/talking about, everyone was very helpful and honest! If you need a phone and are on a budget, they’ll have something for you! Went in for a battery repair and they were finished in less than 30 minutes! Great business all around, will definitely be using them since I’m from the Conroe are! Ask for Adam!

It's average. I think they could improve. They get the job done. They just don't look happy doing it.

First time I went girl attending me looked like she was afraid of me lol not much selection, picked out an affordable phone which 2 weeks later stopped working. Wouldn’t and couldn’t get a refund or exchange. Garbage place

Very helpful and very quick service. But only great service but also very affordable. They not only are very quick but for a lengthy repair they were more than happy to give me a loaner.
