I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years, and I am so happy to be apart of the Yoga Dragon family. Steve, the owner, creates a space of a welcoming community, comfortable learning, and place to grow individually. He leads by example, and all the instructors are knowledgable, warm, and thoughtful in their guidance to the practice. There are a wide range of classes to choose from from all styles, temperatures, and levels. Highly recommend!

The best yoga studio in Houston! All the instructors are beyond amazing. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed. Feels like you entering a loving space where you know you’ll be supported regardless of your level. If you’ve been looking for a yoga studio, then look no further because this is it!

I have been coming here for about a year. I started with hot power yoga as it was what I was used to from other studios. I really liked Steve's classes and when I asked for advice on classes to try different poses, he began to incorporate them into the class that I regularly attended. It was so nice to be heard; he really does try to accommodate his class based on the experience level of the participants.

I started trying other classes and, as I get deeper into my yoga practice, have really enjoyed the Hatha classes and Flow. I haven't had class with all their instructors, but you won't be disappointed.

Wishing I could have time for their yoga teacher training, but if you're interested, you would have an amazing instructor.

I went to the sound bowl meditation with Cristina a few weeks ago and it was an amazingly cathartic experience. It was definitely intense, and I struggled with my anxiety and fear at the beginning, but by the end I was in tears. Cristina was so loving, peaceful, and welcoming; I'll definitely be giving other classes a try.

Went to class here for first time today and it was amazing! Steve was welcoming and the studio clean and beautiful. Was a hot power class and I left feeling amazing! It was work, but a fantastic power flow. Will 100% be back

I have been to several yoga studios around the Houston area, and I am so thankful that I found Yoga Dragon. While I do not practice as often as I would like, anytime I attend a class, I feel welcomed and leave feeling restored. They offer a great variety of classes, the instructors are great (I love Cristina’s Loving Hearts class!), and there is always positive energy in the studio. I have attended classes at both Yoga Dragon locations and they are both equally awesome. Steve, the owner, is very nice, and from my first time inquiring about Yoga Dragon, has always answered any questions that I have. Definitely check this studio out!
