Yogo Berry reviews
13 Went in for some yogurt ice cream on a Sunday night. The lady was so sweet and she even gave my son free toppings! The ice creams we ordered (original and pomegranate flavors) had the perfect level of sweetness.
This was a perfect way to end our evening. We had such a pleasant experience and we will be coming here regularly. Thank you!
Fairly decent experience for my first time. My friends gave me a list of stuff to get and the older lady and middle aged woman both got my order done quickly. Recommendations for each order and even a suggestion for my first bubble tea. I will definitely go back. Maybe get the suggested Taro flavor, I got mango for the sake of a familiar flavor for my first time. The yogurt was tasty too. Worth it in this heat?
I try to give this store a chance. First time When the older lady is working there she didn’t want to attend me bc my son (2) didn’t have his mask on. I get it that it is her business so fine. This time now that everything is more open and what not we walk in happily to wanting a yogurt for 100 weather and she was on her cell phone speaking not once did she even greeted us or attend us. We waited for a few mins and looked around. There are cameras so I know she saw us. This older lady (Asian) I’m assuming the owner could have at least said something about not feeling safe around customers who are vaccinated and aren’t wearing a mask. At the end we went to have ice cream. Much better place. I was happy to take my money to another business. Won’t ever come here again and recommend it to anyone.
GROSS DON'T PURCHASE. I bought the mango smoothie and there was green chunks of rubber. I thought it was fruit at first but it does not break apart. My friend thinks it was the green spatula she was using to mix the drink. She did not give us receipt.
Coconut tasted mostly like yogurt with a bare hint of favor. The bubble tea wasn't very good. The tapioca seemed old. Not a terrible experience, just wouldn't return.
Went in at 10: 15 pm, (15 minutes before closing time) and employees had already locked the place. Horrible customer experience. If door says they close till 10: 30, customers expect to be served until 10: 30.
Very Fresh & Delicious!
The only thing is been wanting to try Chocolate yogurt and they never have it when I go.
There is no actual line starting point and customer service is terrible they also have long waits and only one person working on a Saturday night
AMAZING SERVICE!
Bubble tea is sooooo good and WOW the lady who attended me was so very friendly! -most definitely recommend this YogoBerry
After they shut down the Yogoberry on Mesa, I went here for some boba. I’ve worked in a boba tea shop and have had a lot of boba in my life and I can honestly say that this was the WORST BOBA I HAVE EVER HAD. I ordered a Mango Tango and a Capuccino Boba and they were both very watery. Additionally, the tapioca pearls were mushy (overcooked) and neither drink tasted like their supposed flavor- the mango drink had no mango in it whatsoever and the capuccino was overwhelmingly bitter. My boyfriend (who has also worked in a boba tea shop) couldn’t even finish his drink and he usually finishes everything. If you are looking for a good boba place avoid this Yogoberry. You have been warned.
Service is real bad. Although the bathroom is working fine, the owner won't let you use it.
RICO Y NATURAL, YOGURT DE
DIFERENTES SABORES PARA CUALQUIER GUSTO.
RICH AND NATURAL, YOGURT OF
DIFFERENT FLAVORS FOR ANY TASTE.
Flavors taste artificial and not particularly goos. Way too sweet compared to Menchie's.
Kind of expensive. Not self serve like menchie's.
