Honestly best tasting "ice cream" EVER! And the teas are so delicious AND the employees are so nice!

I requested a Pineapple yogurt but it seems they don’t have flavors as it is noted on the window…. People working here have a terrible attitude.

I have always like eating there but today was awkward since when do you all allow customers to drink there? There was a guy there with his pants down showing his underwear sitting at the corner by the restrooms drinking cans of twisted teas. I asked one of your crew members since when. Better management was needed specially when you have kids going in we don’t want to see their pants down very disappointed today

LOVE LOVE this frozen yogurt place. Always very clean & service is good. I always have the original plain yogurt, my favorite.

Worst service ever. Went today to get ice cream and was told only drive thru was open we get in line and line took forever. One employee was just cleaning instead of helping other girl out and seemed like they were poking it on purpose more. Waited for 15 mins in line and got there before closing time. Once the car in front of me barley pulled up to the window they turned off lights and put a huge bag of trash in front of window to block the view. Smh could’ve told us not to waste that whole time waiting in line instead of staring through window and cleaning instead! Very bad service!

Locatio was very dirty. Tables look like they haven't been wiped down in quite some time. Food and hair covered the floor along with very visible filth.

We always have a great experience at this location. The staff are always so patient, professional, and kind. The yogurt and toppings are always delicious!

Tried the crazy coconut bubble tea was okay I've has better when inside to order th cashier was assisting someone in the drive through

And friend came into town n he and I went to the one at the outlet mall a few weeks back. I got this pineapple mango smoothie with rainbow jelly in it n let me tell you, that thing was fkn amazeballs!
I went to this location expecting to find the same thing n it wasn't there because each location is different and that saddens me, but I got this mango n pineapple yogurt with these little orange balls on top n it was pretty bomb.com too. Messy as hell, but freakin delicious! 10/10 would recommend again n again.

Happy to have a location so close by. The service is always great. The staff is always nice, they greet you when you walk in. So far it hasn't been to busy and they prepare the serving so well.

Best place for frozen yogurt in El Paso. They removed some items on their menu like the bowls, but still have good variety.

Delicious froyo and quick service. I got the original tart flavor and it was great. They have a good selection of toppings too. This location has a drive thru although it was pretty backed up.

Long lines when I finally got my yogurt I order a coconut yogurt did not taste like coconut it tasted just like regular yogurt I was a little disappointed

How can one explain waiting on the drive thru for 40 minutes to get a frozen yogurt! Ridiculous!

They only have drive thru and wait in line super long. Smoothie didn't taste like mango. The guy at the window doesn't have any customers service skills, slammed the window when we ask to see the menu. Won't be coming back to this location. So sad.they used to be good.

I've been coming here everyday. Not anymore I came to the store today 1/9/21 4: 00 p.m. I ordered 6 large mango smoothies. The cup holder was so flimsy that one smoothie fell on the floor. The other ones in my car. The guy right away said it was my fault. I told them that I didn't want them and wanted my money back. They refused because I paid with my debit. I asked to speak to a manager or the managers name. They refused, I asked for their names (it was a guy and a girl) they also refused. I will Never return back there again. I'm definitely going to let a district manager or Corporate know of how these two employees were in deed so incompetent!
