I brought in a clean formal dress in that I hadn't worn in years because I wanted it to smell fresh since it's been in the back of my closet in a storage bag. When I picked it up from this cleaners, it smelled worse than it did when I dropped it off! The lady said it was the chemicals they used to clean it, so they sent it back to be redone. I picked it up the next day, only for it to smell the exact same way if not worse! Why would I want my clothes to smell like chemicals? ! If you know this is an issue, why wouldn't you do something about the chemicals you are using? Clothes are not supposed to smell like burned trashed after they've been dry cleaned! I will NEVER bring my clothes here again. To make matters worse, there was no apology from them at all. She just asked for her money. HORRIBLE business!
