Yost Pediatric Dentistry, San Antonio TX

They refuse to remove my number for some guy named Ryan they keep messaging. So now I'm rating their establishment to gain some activity towards removing the number.

First time at a pediatric dentist. The wait was decent and the place was clean. Clerical staff was friendly. Once we got to the back, felt a little rushed, but was able to ask questions and voice concerns. Interested to see if all experiences will be as positive.

The Dr.is very kind and patient with the children and takes the time to explain to the parents about the treatment of the children

I had no problem besides waiting time, which is not something I would complain about, because I know how busy and office can get. Staff were all nice, respectful, and patient. Even while I waited for the dentist in the room to be seen they gave my daughter a book to kept her occupied (knowing how kids can be sometimes). They are very thoughtful and care about the children they see, which I do feel better knowing our children are in good hands. They also keep their office nice, clean, and professional but fun for the kids.

Dr Yost is exceptional & has treated my daughter since she was a toddler.

My child had a minor discomfort while his teeth were being worked on by the substitute doctor. I would prefer the original doctor from now on.

I have been coming to this place going on 15 years. Very professional never had a problem. Love this place, love the staff.

Been with Yost Pediatric for 15yr and they have never let me or my children down. From making appointments to getting checked in every thing always runs smoothly. Today was the first time I had to take my child in for an emergency and they did not hesitate, scheduled him right in. Thank to Dr. Yost and your whole team.

Wait time was entirely too long, the receptionist would interrupt me before I could even finish my question. I also dislike the fact that this dentist office doesn't allow parents to accompany their child to the back. It was my 1st visit and absolutely my last. I have never gone to a dentist office where I am not allowed to accompany my child. Just bc you're a dentist office doesn't mean you have automatic trust. That should 100% be illegal!

I like the staff, the Dr is very patient with
my child.gives me answers I'm concerned about her teeth.

Great place! Dr. Yost explained everything my kids were going to get done and made them feel comfortable. And all the staff in-between were real nice to me and my kids. Would recommend to everyone!

I took my youngest daughter there like I always do they were very busy since kids are going back to school but they still did their job in a timely matter.

We always have a pleasant experience. Letting the kids go back by themselves took some getting used to. However, I’ve noticed time after time my kids show confidence when their name is called, which gives me assurance that they are getting the best care.
