Spoke with Terry at the San Pedro location over the phone she was extremely helpful. Got to the store and she was so friendly, and helpful she found us the perfect storage unit. So happy to have talked to her on the phone because there were lots of closer locations to me but her kindness and compassion is what brought me to this location and I couldn't be more happy. Thank you Terry this world needs a lot more of people like you.

Don't DON'T DON'T RENT HERE! DON'T RENT HERE. THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND HAVE BEEN RIPPING ME OFF SINCE I DTARTED RENTING One year from this month I've been renting a storage with Your Storage. They have given me 4-price increase. Within a year 4 PRICE INCREASES WHEN I ASKED WHY SO MANY WHEN I'M NOT EVEN IN TOWN OR IN MY STORAGE MUCH THEY SIMPLY Gave ME THE ANSWER THAT THEY DO THEM. AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE DISTRICT SHE PUT IN THE FILE NOT TO GIVE ME ANOTHER PRICE INCREASE THROUGH THE end of the year. Well I just received another price increase. I'm reporting this location and store. I happen to work at a storage facility myself. And This is unheard of and wrong, within 2 months of renting I got a price increase. I'm a single mom with two little girls and money is tight and accounted for. I can't afford this. I highly recommend that one DON'T DON'T DON'T rent here. I'll be contacting BBB

I can not stress enough the excellence that is manifested by this company. Your Storage Place exhibits an integrity and professionalism that always goes above and beyond to maintain top notch security for my property here.
More so, I am eternally grateful for Veronica -the property manager who never ceases to surpass any expectation I had or have for customer service. She always goes above and beyond in what might seem minute details to some but are the world to others. I never feel my security is compromised at the hands of Veronica. Thank you for the professionalism displayed and an even bigger thank you for being an amazing person.

The girls in the office are super amazing and very Friendly. I loved the vibe of this facility.shout out to all the adorable festive fiesta decorations in the office. I absolutely loved it.
Oh just a side note the kurig machine was not working properly I really suggest getting a bigger machine for the office. I love coffee and when I visit the storage unit I like to stop by office to say hi and get some coffee. Just FYI. Thank you very much.

Always helpful and kind folks in the office. Been storing there for over 4 years and I’ve NEVER had a problem. Prices are fair and it’s in a good location. I highly recommend!

Two women in the office on a Saturday, very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very thorough on their information. They were pleasant to work with. Make my whole experience very easy.

Veronica is always so lovely. She's always friendly and helpful. I went in today to transfer storage units and she makes the process so easy and she had the place decorated for Easter and they look beautiful.

The online reservation process was seamless, the pricing is fantastic, and the service was exceptional!

The best place, they are very attentive and always help clients, their attitude is one of the best.
